Horrible I will call my insurance company to have them removed as a preferred provider. I was told 7-10 days for my son's glasses and I ordered two pair it took almost a month!! Then they didn't arrive together nor did they come with a case!! $350 dollars later after insurance gave them $300. I will be reporting this company for fraud and making my goal in life to ensure they go OUT of Business!!

Nice people horrible delivery and estimated dates. Ship dates don’t happen. Order status changes constantly. Needed a remake for 2 pair and one they never sent to measure me and the other was supposed to be 10 days and we are beyond that now

I am very happy with the staff and how they took care of me. For the price of the exam and glasses was very reasonable. I may plan in the future to have another set of glasses made.

South Blvd Charlotte outlet is awful. I write a review “zero stars” a month ago after getting two pair of glasses - $600. The $59 ad is bogus!!! Anyway I wanted an adjustment and was told to go elsewhere - they were too busy. Meanwhile, the manager was on the side telling staff to write “bogus” positive reviews for their location. This place needs to be investigated by NC State Board of Optometry!!! Somebody do something about this pseudo healthcare facility! AVOID.

The customer service at the Hinesville location is inconsistent. The manager is not a certified optician and the optician is always arriving late. My appointment today was made by the customer service people that are not local in the store for 9:20 am and she did not show up until after 10:05 am with 2 large Dunkin Donuts coffees in hand after the manager lied to me and told me she was late due to traffic because of an accident. I find the antics very unprofessional and distasteful and they will waste your time. I highly recommend if you have vision insurance going somewhere else. This is a uniquely remote eye experience. The optometrists are all remote (not at this location) except for one day every few weeks to re-evaluate you if your prescription is not correct. It takes 2 weeks for the glasses to come in and if they are not right and they have to send them back to the lab like they had to do for my glasses then it takes another 2 days. The optometrist is conducting your eye exam from an undisclosed location and it is very impersonal. The selection of eye glasses is vast however, this is a Walmart type shopping experience not a doctor's office type experience. Also it seems as though every time there is a negative review left on google they have awesome reviews and truly the Yelp reviews are horrendous and are very telling!
