I would not recommend anybody going to the eyelab in Desoto the customer service was horrible. I made my appt ahead of time for 2-1-2022 did leave until 3:30. I filled out the paperwork and stated more than once I wanted contacts. After waiting for an hour for my eye prescription finally it was my turn to check out and I was told your prescription was for glasses. The manager finally came to assist me name Bethany, she stated this is what the paper states I know what I filled out she offered me to fill my eye prescription from 2020 I asked why you would offer me that when I just received an exam today!!!!!SMH The salesman called the doctor and straightened everything out Bethany the manager just left the store not even trying to fix their error.

I just picked up my 2 pair of glasses from MyEye Lab in Woodstock! I am so very happy and pleased with the entire experience at this store. The staff is excellent and professional. The manager is excellent he is very caring, professional, and courteous. He does everything in his power to ensure your experience at the store is excellent from the greeting, the exam, the selection and fitting of the glasses before and after they come back! You will not be dissatisfied! You must try this store, its brand spanking new, lots of glasses to chose from, and in an excellent location.

We went to to the eyelab in pembroke pines, Florida. We walked in and there were 3 people sitting at a desk just and no one even bothered to greet nor did they tell is where to go to sign in. So we saw a young lady sitting at a desk towards the back of the office looking like she did not want to be there. Every employee in that office looked and acted as if they did not want to be there and as if smiling was not an option. There were no other customers in the store and I can certainly see why. My husband continued to his appointment but I refused to be seen or serviced by anyone there. The appointment was a complete waste of time. The customer service was a negative 10. Never again!!

Liars, deceivers and I was placed on hold for 48 minutes until I finally hung up!

Absolutely horrible experience...I have mono vision one eye for long distance one eye for short I know one eye worse than other but able to secure script from other optometrists before...paid 89.00 for exam with someone on TV monitor afterwards I was expecting script for me to walk out with...due to one eye being worse than other no script I asked for the 89.00 back they said no refund that services were rendered successfully...I walked out with no eye prescription no refund... I am disputing charges with debit card company... you get what you pay for with this company in my case I paid for something tangible and I got nothing....stay away from this place

I WENT TO EYELAB ON BLANDING AND MRS. ANGEL REALLY HELPED ME OUT A LOT AND SHE WAS VERY NICE, PROFESSIONAL, AND MADE ME FEEL COMFORTABLE. GREAT EXPERIENCE

Worst place , bought 2 pairs neither one is right can’t read out of them took it back 4 times all they did was adjust something on the frame was told to try them for a few weeks that I would get used to them . The want to charge me 460.00 to do them again the Hispanic lady in charge has a attitude
