Hated my experience, I never do anything special for myself and I just wanted a new pair of glasses. Went in and was told over $500 for a buy one get one free plus FREE EYE EXAM. Left having to pay for eye exam which they could’ve used my frames I already had on they weren’t but 6 months old. The person pulled out a calculator and used car sales man tactics and added up what he wasn’t suppose to have charged me for to pretend as I was getting a deal. It reminded me of the swapmeet. I felt defeated but you live and you learn and on the website it clearly states:: the patient and any other person responsible for payment has a right to refuse to pay, cancel payment, or be reimbursed for payment of any other service, examination, or treatment that is performed as a result of and within 72 hours of responding to the advertisement for the free, discounted fee, or reduced fee service, examination, or treatment.

Had great service and a friendly and professional service had a great experience would come again

My appointment was at 9:05 A.M. waited almost an hour for my exam. The examiner could not take pictures of my eyes with the first test. Did the eye exam with a doctor and waited for my prescription. Waited almost a half hour when I was informed I would have to do a retest.They only had two employees working. Was told I would have to wait a little while for the retest. Did not have time as I was already there for over two hours. I walked out and told them thank you for wasting my time. I would not waste my time again at this place. Located in Brownsville, Texas.

I purchased glasses 10 months ago and the left lens cracked little by little. I went back to the store and they told me they are not guaranteed because HUMANA payed $200.00 of the $700.00 bill. If insurance pays some of the bill there is no guarantee I will never use EYE LABS again. This is the biggest bunch of garbage I ever heard

The initial in-store customer service started out excellent once I got my glasses it went downhill,the quality of the glasses was poor dropped my safety glasses 3 ft and the lens fell out took a month to get them back very poor communication between lab and store to customer will never use Eyelab again

I went to eye lab wallisville location. I have wore glasses over 30 years and this is the worst experience every getting glasses first of all it was a virtual eye appointment was not told when made the appointment that it was virtual took two weeks to get my glasses back and when I went to pick up my glasses nothing was clear in the prescription I’ve never had when I got new glasses I could not see clearly out of the new prescription the young lady told me wear the glasses 7 to 10 days for my eyes to strengthen so I did and it was no help went back in and they just told me that I could get an appointment with a real doctor in two more weeks looked up reviews in every review that I’m seeing people were having problems with their prescriptions Eyelab only has a 30 day moneyback guarantee and I felt like they were trying to push my doctors appointment with a real doctor past the 30 day limit so that I could not get a full refund so I went to eye labs today and threw a big fit and got a full refund my advice is steer clear of Eyelab go somewhere else to get a professional doctor that cares about you

Never had a eye exam that took 5 minutes and with a doctor in the screen somewhere in Florida and I’m in Texas .I’m use to having a real doctor check out my eyes and speak to me personally about what he see and what my eyes looks like this just feel to generic. And wish I had look at reviews before I came here because man reviews for this company is really bad
