Over all I was given the best service possible. I was helped by Stormie and Kyleigh and they were very friendly. I was given excellent service from both of them. They gave me very helpful information about my visit.

will never go to this place again and wouldn't advise anyone else to go. Asked for contacts with prescription in one eye and none in the other (colored lenses one for seeing distance and the other for reading). When I finished my old prescription and started the new one from My eye lab I noticed my vision was blurry but I thought it was just a matter of getting adjusted to the new lenses. Well I almost failed my CDL vision test because I could not see the letters, so I removed the lenses and I was able to read the letters. I called My eye lab and was told since it was past 6 months they couldn't fix the prescription without Me paying for a new exam. Well, it wasn't beyond 6 months, I spoke with someone else and she said because It was beyond 7 months they couldn't fix it...I told her let's count, when we counted she said well that's what the store manager said, so I asked to speak with the store manager, she transferred me to someone named Ben at the store who told me they couldn't do anything because it was past one month. I was first told after 6 months, then after 7 months, then finally told after 1 month. All I asked them to do was correct the error that they made. Because it was colored contacts I asked that my right eye only have prescription for reading and the left eye have no prescription (for seeing distance)! They didn't give me what I asked for and want to charge me to do it right. I brought 3 people in that day and we spent well over $1400. I will never go there again and will advise anyone else to stay away. My friend has gone back at least 4 times because his glasses weren't adjusted correctly, then they weren't transitioning correctly, so they charged him to get a different lense which was supposed to aid in transitioning which still didn't work. STAY AWAY..

Listen this place is the worse of the worst!!! Poor customer service,untrained technician and the list go on and on. They catfish us with their false advertisement, they hidden prices are ridiculous high, their prescription for glasses is terrible, to do any adjustments is a never ending process; what a HUGE MISTAKE i made going to these SCAMMERS!!! Only if i could turn back the hands of time i would never drive on that street what says to enter their business, i quess the fight will begin now because they can take their two pairs if rat glasses and give me back my hard earn $600+. I need boxing gloves to fight those scammers because i know they will not go down without a fight, but just so they know i am in training for them

I don't wear glasses and I was new to the area and one of the staff was so kind and considerate to me. I needed directions and I was blown away by her professionalism and I wasn't there to get glasses. Her name is Mykia and she is a keeper. This agency has great staff!!

If you think you're going to get two pairs for $59.95 and a free eye exam, I have some swamp land I wish to sell you. This place is a total scam, and if you have insurance, they jack up the prices to offset ANY benefit you might think you have with the insurance. You would be lucky to get 2 coke bottle lenses in a plastic frame for $59.95. Even with my insurance 2 pair cost $270.00 net. With my insurance benefit they milked that for $800.00 and left me with the rest. Disgusting. You don't get a thing for the come-on price, they really don't care, it's about extracting the most revenue per customer they can, and they still leave you with nothing. And I thought America's Best was bad, these people are even worse, not that they care at all. They aren't deserving of even 1 star, if I could give them negative stars I would. UPDATE: Received the 2 pairs of glasses, the computer glasses are fair, since they are only good for about 18 inches, but the progressives for distance and close in, are horrible. Fair for driving but can't read off a sheet of paper I'm holding. Totally disappointed. Tok them back, was basically told it wasn't their problem, my fault. Then wanted to charge me to fix their problem. Stuck with a choice of having nothing or having to buy my way out of their problem, they charged me another $50.00 to re-do the lens, then gave me a receipt telling me how I actually saved another $430.00. These people and their business practices are disgusting, reprehensible and dishonest. Avoid them like the plague.

I went to the League City, Texas, store a month ago and received the 2 for $99 deal. I received one pair of glasses just fine; however, the 2nd pair have yet to be received by me with the correct prescription. They have been sent to the store TWICE with the wrong prescription. After being promised by the store to get the issue corrected and have the glasses mailed directly to me, I find that they are again at the store waiting on my to pay for shipping to my house! After SIX calls to customer service in Mexico, and a very unpleasant discussion with the store manager, they have done me the great favor of waiving the shipping fee and mailing my glasses to the house. I won't hold my breath. YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!

I have wore glasses all my life and now at 65yrs old I thought I would try eyelab what a mistake that was I went to the one in universal CityTexas along with my husband first of all 2 years piror my doctor at to told me I had the onset of cataracts but that I could wait on the surgery for awhile. When I went to eyelab their machine couldn't even pick it up . Anyways both my husband and I were told that we both had a stigmagta and we needed to wear our glasses all day neither one of us has ever been told that we had a that issue in our eyes anyways over 9 hundred dollars for 1 set of glasses for teach of us my husband got his within 2 weeks,me I waited over a month.je said his glasses weren't working and he did better with reading glasses when I received mine it was over a month and when I put them on I made the comment that I couldn't see very well and had my perception changed that much I was told to give the glasses some time so I did I couldn't read a street sign or do any kind of reading at all so I took them back and also told them that my husband's glasses were getting air bubbles I was told no they weren't bubbles that he must have scratched them so after about a hour they agreed to give me a new eye test at that time I ask them to see how much had my perception had changed for the glasses I had gotten a year an half ago cause I could still see out of them anyways the new glasses had came in about 3weeks latter .I had to return them about 3 months latter because the frames had broken I was charged 25%for a new frame that was with their warranty.She told me that they didn't have any frames in stock so she looked at what they had on the sales floor. She found a pair and it was thinking to myself that aren't those demo frames and hadn't all kinds of people handled them well I ended up with those frames 4 days ago and they are starting to break in the same place so again I have to go back and probably pay again in the meantime I had my husband glasses look at by someone else and was told it was a defect in material and have finally got them to take them back I wouldn't have minded the time I've had to spend waiting and returning the glasses if I had gotten a good set of glasses and a good product bit I didn't and now I'm stuck with these for 2 years until my insurance helps pay for them. Me I won't do business with them again.their exam's arnt accurate and their products are very good either.I still have a pair of glasses that are over 10 years and went through a fire I had at my house and they are still in one piece and can still see out of them and they only cost me 2 hundred dollars at the most

The Concord NC location is Amazing!!!! They made everything go so smooth. The eye exam was virtual but it was Great. I highly recommend this location.
