The location I went to was at 19610 Tomball Pkwy. #100, Houston, TX 77070. I had a problem, an apparent design flaw in my frames. They broke 3 times in exactly the same place. I took them in. Was helped by an excellent area manager named Brenda, who couldn't have been nicer. They no longer had the frames that had been breaking on me, so she offered another one that my lenses would fit in. So far, I'm very happy with them, and can't say enough good things about Brenda, and the way she treated me. Being a senior citizen, I always appreciate it when someone takes their time to make things better for me. Thanks Brenda.

Ruthless Corporate Greed in Action! They advertise one thing and charge you ten times the amount. A $65 deal for an eye exam plus glasses ended up costing $650. So glad I went back the next day to cancel my order and ended up just paying for the "Virtual" eye exam. Please DO NOT WASTE your TIME and MONEY with these people! Rather go to Target or Walmart.

I didn't have to wait long. The exam done by machines you look thru which are 4 to 5 machines. Then I met doctor through remote screen and she did the lens testing. So that was pretty good this the 2 stars. The sales girl however told me there wasn't a special for 2 progressive for 99.00. She advised the cheaper frames I was looking at would not hold up for everyday use and would break in no time. When I told her I called to verify the special before made the appt she advised those call center people don't know what they are talking about. The girl tried to control everything I chose to try on. I was irritated. So then we sat down and she began to push the extras. I normally get the transition package that has most all upgrades other places for about 150. By the time she got done the bill was for 400 just for a pair of glasses that were to be worn for everyday around the house or working in the yard. The frames were 50 so they were charging 350 for the lens treatments. I paid for just the exam 45 and left the store feeling I wasted my time and paid 45 for nothing. I guess they advertise falsely to get you in to upsell the heck out of you. Rediculous lady there and shared all about her really personal problems along with the hard upsell made this a bad experience. Much like a cheap used car lot. When I got home there it was a tv commercial for 2 progressive lens and frames for 99.00 Clearly a rip off.

Received my new glasses but one of my nose pads was missing. Took them back and they scratched one of my lenses installing the new nose pad. Took them back again and they wouldn’t help me. They said I probably scratched them and my frames weren’t under warranty. Checked my receipt and..what do you know? They are under warranty! These guys are liars and deceivers. Zero stars if I could!

I wish I could take away the one star. My virtual appointment was very strange. No one explains anything. Today I picked up my glasses at the store off St. Francis and I-30 in Dallas. The young lady at the counter took my name and handed me my glasses. She didn't clean them or ask me any questions and the worst part all of this happened at the front counter. I had to ask for a bag to put my glasses in.
