I could kick myself for EVER going into MyEyeLabs in Cumming Ga on 1/24/22, but they were new, just opened several months b4. Staff was friendly but unorganized as I observed them in action. Wasn’t especially impressed with either their quality or selection, 2 for 89 was bogus to begin with, but I blame me for not leaving, I found several pairs I liked. Bill still came to over 1K. When I was notified 2 weeks later that my glasses were ready, I went back & for the most expensive pair749$ they had no eyeglass case to go with eyeglass, nor did they offer any case that glasses would fit in.? The other pair of glasses, the ear wrap plastic was loose on both sides was loose and would slide over 1/8-1/4 inch. Told employee that wasn’t acceptable & he first said that that’s the design of those glasses (Been wearing glasses since I was 6yrs old & that’s bogus). He then offered to superglue them??? Told him better not see doing that on my New Glasses, told him wanted my money back if frames weren’t rite . He waffled about refunding any money. He offer to send them back for new frames. Week later they were ready. Still not perfect, what I would expect from new 599$glasses Oh why didn’t I stick with my Lensi

STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. SCAM ARTISTS AT BEST. CHEAP GLASSES AT EXORBITANT PRICES. I PAID FOR A WARRANTY. THE GLASSES BROKE WITHIN A 3 MONTH PERIOD. I WENT IN TO HAVE THEM REPAIRED. THE COULDNT REPAIR BUT SAID THEY WOULD TRANSFER THE LENSES TO ANOTHER FRAME BUT I HAD TO PAY 20% OF THE COST OF THE FRAME, WHAT THEY GAVE ME LOOKED LIKE SOMETHING I COULD GET AT WALMART FOR 10.00. I COMPLAINED I HAD PAID FOR A WARRANTY. BUT EVEN WITH THE WARRANTY I HAD TO PAY A 20% FEE. WHAT A SCAM. STAY THE HELL AWAY!

They did a bad scanner computer read of my eyes and later they want to replace scanner computer results for hand result, so I refused because I lost trust in their job. The eyelab policy states my satisfaction is guaranteed or money devolution but they do not honor their policy

Worst experience ever. I have to wear bifocals. When I got my glasses I had to adjust to them and was advised it would take two weeks. Then I to go back two weeks later to get them adjusted to wear because they kept falling off when leaning over. Another two weeks of adjusting to my glasses. I kept seeing spots on my lenses so I would clean them with the cloth that was provided. I could never get the spots cleaned off. The two spots on each lense. I took them back and was told, "oh you're not supposed to see those." I told them,"well I can when I'm wearing them." Since the 30 day warranty was up I would have to pay $200 to have them repaired. It was their faulty manufacturing and didn't stand behind their product. And make me pay for their mess up. I will never go to eyelab again. And I've warned others about my experience and they too believe, it was a faulty manufacturing job and should stand behind their product. These are my eyes, I couldn't afford the repair. I had already paid out of pocket for the frame and bifocal lenses which was pretty expensive. I'm stuck with them until I can afford to go have my eyes checked again because now my eyesight is messed up from the faulty lenses. And I have to have transition lenses because my eyes are sensitive to sun light. So it makes it really expensive with bifocals and transition lenses.

I set up an appointment at the Walzem and I-35 location. It took a little while to get there, as the lunch-hour traffic was a bit heavy. I entered the location, to find two young ladies sitting in front of one computer, and I greeted them first, and they acted like I was interrupting a personal conversation. I introduced myself, and told them that I have an appointment, and apologized for being a couple of minutes late. There was little or no interest in my being there, and one of the girls stated that it would cost some $379 dollars for the exam, and more for the glasses, and lenses. I told her i have insurance through my work. She looked at her monitor, and said your insurance is not on "our network". She said so, youre going to have to pay for the $379 dollars for the exam and more for the glasses, and lenses, like she said before. I am going to report them to the Corporate office, as these types of people are chasing away customer's more than they show interest in gaining more customers. I was apalled at this type of Customer Service, and will let other's know what My Eyelab is all about. The manager called me on 05/02/2022 and I told him about my experience. He said I "missed" my appointment. Apparently the two girls did not make a note that I had been there. That is UNACCEPTIBLE!

I visited My Eyelab a few weeks ago. Blair was amazing! He went over and beyond to provide me with excellent, quality customer service to adjust my eye glasses. This was not a typical adjustment. Blair had to take my glasses apart to adjust them. Then, he took the time to heat to adjust my ear pieces. I had not purchased my glasses from here. I had them for years and bought them in another state. Blair's kindness and care has made me want to be a future customer when the time comes when I am in the need for new glasses.

Never Go Here, No Matter What I had the worst experience of my life at an eye doctors and/or eyeglass store in my life. I'm 49 and have been wearing glasses and contacts since I was in the 4th grade. To give you an idea of how many eye exams, glasses, etc. that I have had. The initial phone call was a pretty horrible experience as I really couldn't understand much of what the guy said. It wasn't even the actual store, it was a call center somewhere. Still made an appointment though. I was not made aware that the appointment was with a doctor on a monitor on the wall. I think that is something that should be mentioned when you are making an appointment. I was still hanging in there. Then, I realize that the frames included with the deal (and most every frame I saw) pretty much sucked. The quote I got for progressive lenses was insane. Then they gave me a contact prescription for astigmatism. I do have a mild one, yet NO doctor has ever given me a prescription for the astigmatism. Those are a lot more expensive as well. Of course, things were adding up quickly. Any frames I remotely liked were not in the deal they offered me. I informed the kid "helping" me with the frames and all that I needed to call my husband who was paying for this because things were going to be much more than anticipated. He basically asked me not to leave the building. I asked if I could smoke. He said I couldn't. So I left. The eye doctor right next Subway was great though. Got a deal on frames at Walmart and lenses at Sam's. I also saw how this place got a 4.8 review on Google. They ask people to leave reviews like that and if (especially if, I'm sure) the patient isn't familiar with how to leave a review, they will actually help them do it. Even the brief time that I was in there, I saw two different people that seemed to be having pretty bad experiences as well. It's just so bad at that place. Just the vibe from the employees is off. They're basically hardcore salespeople that probably deal with a good number of upset people in a day.
