In San Antonio on Vance Jackson and 410. Went in for 2 pair glasses+ eye exam for $59.99. Cost for contacts is $89.99. Ashley very nice. Did all the eye exams eye pressure,bright light etc. My concern / surprise was the Doctor in the Box. One TV had a "doctor" the 2nd TV had the eye chart being viewed by patient on a mirror. Not very professional on the doctors part I went in to see a doctor. The technician's do all the work. Paid $212.00 that should go to the tech doing the work. The doctor was not present. If concerned about Covid the technician's are in the office. WHY not a doctor??

Waste of gas money driving to the store, they can't match their own company's online price.

NORMAN STORE #7108 If I could give a negative 5 stars, I would!!! I have a brain tumor, which affects my ability to judge my decisions!!! Paid $89.00 for the exam that included contacts!! did my exam. i was kind of "put off" by the fact the Dr examining my eyes with the eye chart was via computer screen!!! then shuffled to the eye glasses and told to have a seat... huge selection of glasses, so I started browsing, setting glasses I liked down on the shelf! i had called my daughter in TULSA TO HEP ME SHOP FOR FRAMES VIA "FACE TIME'! SHE FINALLY CALLED ME BACK AND I STARTED TRYING FRAMES ON1 (SORRY...TYPING BY FEEL... NOT REALIZING, I'M IN ALL CAPS!!!) She helped me pick out the perfect pair of glasses. the,man who did my exam came out with my contacts.. Yes, I've worn them before, but still needed some assistance. had to go chase someone down to come help me. the white haired woman was buy "ripping other people off on their frames' VIOLA! GOT THEM IN FINALLY!!! WHITE HAIRED LADY SITS ME DOWN TO 'calculate the cost" of my frames... $`1400 with "DISCOUNTS, $894 , Shell shocked, I just sat there while she asked which card I wanted to put half down on. It was the first part of the month... i just received my DISABILITY PAY(!!!) and blindly, handed her my card to charge $447 With 2 for $89 spray PAINTED AL OVER THE WINDOWS!!! I CALLED THE CORPORATE # AND SPOKE TO Mike. He told me i NEEDED TO CONTACT THE STORE MANAGER WITH MY COMPLAINT! and GAVE ME HIS NAME AND EMAIL!!! (All on paperwork Robert has) (I just tried to locate the invoice, forgot I gave it to a friend who is going to go up there and hep me resolve this!!!) I really need to see!!! but can not realistically come up with the other $457 to get them! I even emailed the manager, that i WOULD JUST TAKE 1 PAIR OF THE GLASSES AND THE CONTACTS!!! NO ANSWER WHAT SO EVER!!!

I went eye glass shopping with my partner today @ eyelab @ Ablemarle Rd. It was a great 1st time experience! The lady Manager who helped us was just wonderful! She was so warm, friendly and helpful! Her name is Tara Hunt. We got a great pair of glasses at a reasonable price. We will go back there again and highly recommend them to others wanting a nice pair of glasses at a reasonable cost with excellent Customer Service!

1. Call's to local office is transferred to 1800 2. 1800 will take your insurance info and schedule appointment but your insurance information will not be sent to office. 3. They won't ask for your insurance as you assume they have it and if your insurance pays for exam that's your problem as they offer no refund instructing you to take it up with your insurance. 4. They seat you in a separate area away from the glasses while you wait for your exam not wanting you to look at the cheap frames they offer. 5. Your exam is free but only as a credit toward there cheap frames. My experience was my first and my last! Wish I had looked up their reviews first.

Please be advised the Oak Cliff Store in Dallas Texas is a rip off. The male that works there by the name Ateeb is a liar and a cheat just to get a commission check. I went to the store on March 21st 2022 to purchase some glasses. 1 week later I called to cancel my order. I paid a total of $1.095.00. I have been giving the run around about my refund. I filed a compliant with the BBB and Also filed another complaint with the States Attorney General Office. The Sales person by the name Ateeb lied to me about getting a refund. I ask if I want to cancel my order before production is completed he told me I could. Then I find out afterwards that he lied.

I went for eye exam n glasses. They run my crdt card before I agreed on the price a pair of glasses 809.00. I as still in the parking lot and called them to cancel the order. They stated they couldn't to dispute with bank. So I called back to eye lab they said I only had 30days to cancel. Why couldn't they do it when I called the first time. Kept on telling I apply for their crdt to pay balance. They are a ripe off

Horrible, ordered contact lenses on December 23rd of 2021 and still don't have them get them same guy giving me stupid excuses like the weather. This company doesn't even follow up with people having issues with order's . Same box store mentality. Quantity not quality.
