Hi Adi! thank you so much for your candid feedback. We really appreciate it. I completely understand your concerns around the 12-month commitment, pricing, and wanting more flexibility. Our annual subscription structure is designed to provide value for you while supporting our artists, especially given the unlimited nature of the plan. That said, we know every client’s needs are different, and we’re always open to discussing options that may be a better fit. Feel free to reach out to me at [email protected], and I’d be happy to chat through potential custom options in more detail. Thanks again for taking the time to share this. Feedback like yours helps us keep improving the experience! - Grant, Director of Client Experience
