Hi Tom! Thanks for taking the time to leave a comment today, we appreciate your candid feedback. I believe Raquel is working on a solution for you as we speak, so take a look in your inbox! We absolutely understand the challenges that come with a 12-month commitment, but try to be as clear as possible up front. In the case of an unexpected or unwanted renewal, we are quite flexible when there has been minimal use of the subscription. In your case, the amount of songs used (7) exceeded what we are able to comp. Once again, we want to come to the best outcome possible with you, so take a look at Raquel's response and we'll see what we can do!
