I was charged 20% tax when I asked they told me it was VAT, I asked for their vat number and they told me they werent registered for vat but happy to charge it, checking previous years invoices there was no charge, duty reported to the HMRC, be warned if your from the UK watch out for this

Hi Sarah! Thanks for your feedback. Musicbed always defers to the local tax authority on whether or not to charge VAT for each invoice. If you have a valid VAT number and feel you have been charged in error, we can add that number to your account and refund the fee right away! Our business hit a hard spot with cash. I messaged with Jeremy F. and he quickly helped us out. He put me at ease so that we could continue serving our clients and making great videos with amazing music. Musicbed is a bit pricier than other subs but i feel very taken care of.

I Wish I Could Give 0 Stars. Scammers. I got charged for $1,200 over the course of a year. I tried to cancel within three minutes of receiving the email that said I started my account. They wouldn't let me. This should not be legal.
