Signed up a for a yearly subscription. Ended up getting into a tight financial situation and they refused to cancel my subscription after 7 months of being active. They won't refund the money when I still have 5 months left. $200 that I can't get back for the remaining months unless I remove all the videos I've made with their music in the past.. Would rate them 0 stars if I could. They just want your money.

Careful not to get trapped for a whole year, some plans are deceptively labelled "monthly" but is really for a whole year, I'll probably have to block it from my credit card

Lured us with a competitive rate and then increased their plans. If you get followers, then prices go through the roof. For one dollar more, I go with the competition that has no ”funny plans”. MusicBed is simply one of those bad companies that does care about their customers but only wants to maximize profits. Well, MusicBed, I have news for you, they go in pair and you are losing customers!

Great music, talented artist but scam company! They increase the plan without telling, support is arrogant and will miss the good music but spend so much time correcting the mistakes made by this company I rather go with their competitors or hire musicians myself. Re to reply; Do you have an email so i can reply, because chat still doesn’t respond

This service is for using music in creative endeavours without penalty. I used this service to add a track to a YouTube video. I had a copyright claim filed against the video that the company have been unable to resolve. This is the one thing the company is there for. It seems they don't have the rights to the music after all and you'll find that the real owners will issue a claim on YouTube. This isn't the case with all of these types of services. The claims handler seemed to sympathise, but the whole company have been unable to resolve the issue and seem at the mercy of the musician. Such a shame as this company had a good selection of music.
