I have used a few different licensing sites, most of which are nearly impossible to contact should a problem arise. I made a mistake with a Musicbed purchase today, and I was so upset because I was expecting another lengthy, unhelpful process of getting the issue resolved... I was able to reach Musicbed BY PHONE within minutes, and I never had to talk to a robot. I real person called me back (Alexis P.). She was extremely friendly (and not like superficial customer service friendly... like authentic), and she resolved my issue straight away. Not to mention, a second person from Musicbed called and left a message while I was talking to her. Needless to say, I am thrilled with my experience. Musicbed is the first licensing site that has gained my trust. They've got it going on.

I've been a loyal MusicBed subscriber for nearly nine years now and have been a firsthand witness (and beneficiary) of all the ways in which they continually work to improve their services and offerings for their users. They really truly listen to the feedback of their users and are always implementing tools to make finding the right music as smooth as possible. Not to mention, their customer service team is ON IT. Any time I've needed help with an issue, I've received a speedy reply/resolution in a professional, timely manner. MusicBed has made my job as a wedding filmmaker so, so, SO much easier and I would recommend them to anyone.

Don’t ever use Musicbed seriously! This whole thing is a huge scam! I’ve been working with almost every music service on the market so far but I’ve never experienced anything like this. We bought a Musicbed Subscription for our YouTube Channel, most of the Music is really bad, which is why we only used a few Songs over the Year of Subscription. Now is the last month of our subscription, so I wanted to Cancel on their Website, but there is literally no option to cancel. So we sent an email to the Customer Support asking them to cancel the Subscription, which they responded to, that we used songs that we couldn’t use and that we either have to Upgrade the Subscription for 1000€ or to delete the Videos. I know this is just a shady business practice to keep us busy until the Subscription renews itself. This one will probably go to the Lawyer.

Hi Philipp, thanks for your feedback! We appreciate your candor. Please allow me to clarify a few things! I've looked into your account and it looks like you were set up on a personal subscription but your channel is connected to a business (a car dealership to be precise). Since you are promoting a business/brand, which is not covered in the personal subscription, an upgrade is necessary for your use to be legally covered. We aim to make this delineation clear at checkout to avoid confusion! That is why we include "Personal Coverage Only, No Client or Brand/Company Work" in the Personal Subscription details before you checkout. Our goal is always clarity, proper compensation for our artists, and adequate legal coverage for you. I would love to chat more if you have any additional questions! Thanks again for your time and feedback.

I accidentally had the same song license in my cart twice when I checked out so I was overcharged. The customer service quickly refunded me the extra amount when I brought it to their attention. Quick and excellent customer service!
