Beware. I wish I could give lower than a 1-star. On Musicbed's website, it states that Individual licenses are "Perfect for freelance filmmakers, wedding filmmakers, creators, and podcasters." I'm a content CREATOR for a non-profit. How does an individual license work for a wedding filmmaker; who probably has their own company (i.e. Capture Studios) and posts a film onto their company (Capture Studios YouTube, Instagram, etc)? How is that different? How is that covered as opposed to a non-profit that doesn't receive any monetary gain from creating content whereas wedding filmmakers do? They are now coming after our non-profit for more money. DO NOT USE.

Music is great! Customer support was super fast, and reliable! A bit expensive, but its really good!

Honestly have never had a problem with musicbed, the music is some of the best you can find on a music licensing site and the customer service was amazing! Only thing I hope they add in the future is some way to sort favourited music better. (Like folders where you can name what type of music it is)

Had an issue with my subscription and not only did the correct my issue.. they made me feel truly appreciated and like a loyal customer. VERY happy with this company!!!

I genuinely hate when companies lock you into a full year contract via manipulation and fine print. This company knows exactly what they are doing. They understand that the consumer believes he or she is signing up for a month to month subscription not a year. Most would probably NEVER subscribe to Music Bed if they knew this company would use deception and vile tactics to get consumers. They won't even allow me to change my account from auto-renew until about 30 days before its supposed to end. Why would you remove that option to do so from our accounts?? That's 10 months from now. All this with hopes of us forgetting and maybe being trapped again for another year or months? This is nasty work! Terrible for the brand itself. Integrity is respected not this. Never this!

I've been using Musicbed for years and have always been very happy! There music quality and selection is unmatched. When my financial situation changed a bit, I couldn't renew my subscription. Once I canceled my subscription, a team member immediately reached out to me to see how they could help. They were able to work with my monthly budget in order to keep me as a client and I'm incredibly grateful for that. I will continue to use Musicbed's service and I'm excited about that! Thank you for being an awesome company!

I've been licensing music with MusicBed for years and I cannot praise them enough. I've explored other music licensing platforms, but nothing compares to the variety and caliber of music available on MusicBed. Their catalogue is vast and diverse, yet carefully curated, ensuring that every track is high-quality and unique. I recently had an experience with their customer service team and they were incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely eager to help. Cannot say the same about other companies nowadays. MusicBed are, without a doubt, the best in the business.
