After I wanted to cancel my subscription the agent told me to pay the whole remaining balance or pay for the songs individually. Utterly disgusting customer support that you cannot cancel your subscription. I do not recommend them at all.

Hi Kristóf! We're sorry about any confusion regarding cancellation. Since we are working with rights-managed, copyrighted material, every song use requires a complete subscription term or a single song license purchase to avoid putting you at risk of violating copyright law. It looks like my colleague Raquel has offered you some options including a discount and pause on your subscription to help cover the single song fees or reduce your remaining amount owed! I apologize again for any confusion and hope we can reach a great outcome with you.

Great company with a lot of good music to choose from. Careful if you decide to go into a Subscription with them because it is for 12 months and has you contracted in for that amount of time- (so you can't cancel payments halfway through). This being said, I had a change of plans part way through my subscription and their agent from customer service (Jeremy) was so patient with my questions and circumstances and ended up finding a way to help me with a solution! It is refreshing to get great customer service, especially when the fault was my own and they were still willing to do what it takes to help!

If you ever tried to scrape Weetabix off a bowl after it's been on there for 24 hours. That's easier than getting a straight answer out of the MusicBed customer service team. Honestly though - Just avoid their subscription. It's confusing. Full of legal jargon and very limited, It doesn't work for so many of our clients, it's basically useless unless you are a wedding videographer or do tiny video projects. I'm really not sure, but I guess they want you to lock in indefinitely to use their music? Until when, when I die? Maybe I can play their music at my funeral. Oh wait, that wont work as there might be more than 50 people there. So best not risk it... I'll have to make sure I remove this subscription from my will, with inflation my two young kids will be burdened with this. I better get them to start working as soon as they have hit 8. I hear Netflix is hiring, maybe they could get a free subscription with their job. At least they can cancel their netflix subscription after 30 days if it doesn't work out. So basically you can never cancel their subscription. I've tried and failed. If you want an easy experience with licencing music, Artlist, Envato Market or any other company is a better choice.

Hi there Tom! Thanks for your candid feedback, I'm happy to clear up any lingering confusion! We aim to communicate our policies clearly, but I'll speak with the Specialist who helped you so we can improve for next time! Since we are dealing with copyrighted material, any use must be covered by a completed 12-month subscription term or a single-song license. It looks like you've created 16 licenses since your renewal in August- so finishing this year's subscription or purchasing individual licenses for those would be the only ways for you to be legally protected from any infringement claims. We do not require you to keep your subscription forever, only until the next term ends! After that, all licenses created during that term are covered in perpetuity. I hope that clears things up, please do not hesitate to reach out if I can provide more clarity!
