Whilst they have the best music for youtube they are a royal pain in the backside, constant copyright claims by their artists who also register their songs with other agencies, claims can come in immediately or weeks later stop monetisation on my videos. Support is slow to respond and is scripted, we will NOT be renewing again. SAVE YOUR MONEY FOLKS DONT SUBSCRIBE

I've been using Musicbed for the last 5 years creating content for clients and my social media. When I decided to switch full time into being an original content creator myself, I switched subscriptions. When I had billing issues (I accidentally got double charged for a client subscription and a personal), they quickly addressed the problem within 24 hours. They also gave me options for what solution I would like to take forward. With their quick and responsive team, I was able to get the headache out of the way and do what their platform promises to do: help me focus on creating great videos with the best music available.

Called to inquire about subscriptions and details regarding licensing. Spoke with Jeremy who was so very patient with me and was able to answer all my questions and was able to provide clarity on the matters. Very impressed that I can ACTAULLY call an online business let alone speak directly to a human. This alone gave me confidence to sign up for the year. Also, not to mention their library is fantastic.

The MusicBed has the largest library of high quality music I've been subscribed too. I've been using them for a decade and remained subscribed since they started that option. The one thing that could make them better is having access to downloadable stems, something it feels like every other music licensing service is doing. Not having that flexibility in a project is pretty limiting & should be requirement for anyone catering to filmmakers.

The Client Specialist I was communicating with, Raquel Kenston, was very responsive. With customer service these days, I was expecting correspondence to last several days. Instead, Raquel answered my initial question and more within a few hours. Very happy with the service I received!
