Muddy Mat®Reviews of muddymats.com

This company up charges! They advertise one price but charge more! Get rug grips for $1.99, you need 4 per rug, I order 2 packs...not $1.99 at all: $1.99 EACH next thing you know, $15.97. The FREE gift? $9.99!! A $150 order went to $200! Do NOT trust their prices, by the time it shows you, the order has been placed! Shame on this company!!! SHAME. I canceled immediately! Bring back box stores and real pricing!

I love my muddy matts. It keeps my floor very clean. The only complaint I have is the outer edge. The trim after i've washed it a couple times seem to come loose.Maybe they need to be double stitched.

I ordered a rug November 29th and have not received it. I called and they told me it should be arriving. There is no tracking number!!!! they also said that I had been charged twice for fast delivery which I DIDNOT REQUEST. Now i try calling customer support and no answer! Order number B2FF9C184D. I have emailed twice & No response! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!

The first time I ordered everything went fine. this time around not so much. ordered dec 3rd waited until the 11th no tracking received. sent several emails no response. finally got thru to customer service and just got the we will look into it. your customer service needs serious help. after another day or two Im going to cancel the order update the issue was resolved I just wish I didn't have to go to the lengths of writing a review before getting a response

I ordered 3 mats December 1st, money cleared my bank December 2nd. Today is December 14th and I have yet to receive my mats. I have emailed them twice with no response and when I call their customer service number it's a recording that tells me to check my email again in 48 hrs. When I tried to speak with an actually person it just rang and rang.

The customer service was amazing when it came to fixing the problem that came up when ordering the mats. No excuses were made on her end she found the problem right away and fixed it and we appreciate the honesty and speed that came with the refund we will be ordering them again

I've been a Muddy Mat Customer for a couple years now. We live in a mountain community and there is dirt everywhere. These mats are a game changer, for both humans and pets. No more grime and dirt on my Axminster Carpet. These mats pick up the debris in the dry and wet months. These are a lifesaver. So many colors and sizes to choose from. I think I have half the color spectrum for my bath, kitchen and living room entryways. Buy them, you won't be disappointed.

We have three Jack Russell terriers. Needless to say they are in and out of the pet doors all day and evening. They dragging all sorts of leaves dirt and twigs and whatever. These muddy mats are a lifesaver they catch what they bring in. It sure makes my life easier. They’re easy to wash. Keep their shape and always look new.
