wrong item sent
wrong item sent. replacement dog bed was also wrong one but refund was done quickly and good customer service. Have ordered muddy mat rugs before and am very pleased with them. I am thinking it was not an intentional error so am changing to a Four star rating.

Your customer service is terrific..but…
Your customer service is terrific..but the beds aren't what you advertise. They look full and supportive on line but in reality they are lumpy and don't fill out their covers. You sent me replacements and they are basically the same. I love your mats...I will continue to use them but I wish your beds were as good as advertised.

Our dog
Our dog, who is a golden retriever loves the bed. And I love using the towel once he is done swimming. It really absorbs the moisture from his fur. And he loves his bed. Snuggles right up in it.

You’ll love them whether you have pets or not !
I’ve been very happy with my 20+ Mats ,( dog beds, stair treads , outdoor mats) I’ve bought until my last order when my runners were sewed terribly crooked and don’t look very good in my front entryway. I’ve never had this problem with any of the others I’ve purchased. The company says they will give me a refund but I haven’t yet seen it on my credit card . Other than that they are amazing and really do what they say they’d do.

Roll Only!
The mats should be only rolled for shipment and never folded. The folding creates a noticeable crease in the fiber.
