I ordered 3 mats and then at the end you can select to add to your order additional items. I thought at the end I would get a grand total to review my order before purchase and NOPE..automatically charged and placed the order. I have emailed 4 times, tried calling and nothing but ringing. I was going to keep the order except for the addition $100 worth of shit it added but now I’ve asked to cancel the entire order. Since no responses, At this point I’m going to report it as fraud to my credit card company and let them know they take your money but never receive the product! Their website says if you wish to cancel, you can do so as long as you have not received a tracking number. Well hell, at this point they won’t even respond to any email as they promise. Worthless company and the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.

We ordered on Nov. 26th. Several sizes. We did get our order though it took longer than expected. I'm happy with the rugs I've purchased.

Ordered on the 30th of November, sent three emails, called what seems to be a robot five times, then asked to transfer to agent and it just rings none stop. Either send the product or refund my money.

Customer service person Karla, listened to my concerns about my order, asked if I could hold while she addressed my shipment delay, and resolved the issue with specific steps that began almost immediately. I know I love the product. I hope the company appreciates the excellent service provided by this outstanding professional, and the critically important role she played in creating a faithful & satisfied customer happy to sing Muddy Mat's praises.

The mats are great! They really trap water, dirt ,etc. just by stepping on them. I can tell because I don't hear a lot of dirt and noisy particles being sucked up by the vacuum cleaner. I'm very pleased in that regard and have recommended them to several friends. I ordered 2 and one went in a bathroom the other by the front door.

They took my funds out of my account on 11-30-25 and 11 days later I still don't have a tracking number and I couldn't get an answer as to when it would be e-mailed to me. The foreign gentleman from "customer service" stuck to his script very well, but didn't provide me with any useful information. In this day and age this is unacceptable. At least keep your customers updated on their orders. I ordered 3 mats. Not a small purchase. Maybe I'll have them by summer...... I'm sorry I couldn't give 0 stars!

Update-I was contacted via email by the company with a couple of resolutions. Compared to the other reviews I’ve seen, I felt their response was heartfelt and their effort to remedy the situation was sincere. Since a refund was already in process I chose not to buy at that point in time as we were also preparing for a move out of state. I will try again in the near future to order mats with hopes of a favorable experience. I ordered two mats and was supposed to receive a free bonus mat. This was on November 30th. After a week of not hearing from them or receiving and not receiving a tracking number I called only to be greeted by AI without resolution. I opted to speak with a team member but the phone rang for a minute straight with no assistance. I sent an email with my order number asking for more information regarding tracking and shipping. No response. I called again today and could not get a hold of anyone. I tried to get a refund through PayPal but the refund numbers aren't adding up (paid for extra shipping that they are not refunding) and I am frustrated. I just wanted mats for my three rescue dogs to utilize and the lack of customer service is ridiculous.

Have emailed customer svc inquirying on my order, monies have been debited from my credit card but NO info from Muddy Mat on my order status!
