They only post positive reviews. Ordered 3 mats 1 month ago and, sent 6 emails withsame AI response. I have called 4 times usualy number is busy if you get through same story as automated message. Cant get tracking info. I will dispute payment with CC and get refund.

Ordered and then sought to cancel within 20 minutes of placing the order. Their customer services is foreign and takes forever. They promised a confirmation of the cancellation and they have not sent one. It seems sending an email via their chat was what was needed to fix the issue. 4 Stars as I got what I needed, but one star loss due to the frustration. I'll keep my eyes open on my statement to make sure it sticks.

I rescued a 7 lb, 9 month old puppy recently. I ordered 2 anti-mud Muddy Mats, and love them! However, my pup completely destroyed both mats. I called the Customer Service phone number 9 times this morning, went through each option just to try to speak to a human, with no success. I was trying to ask someone if there was a Muddy Mat product I could buy that was indestructible. Unfortunately, Muddy Mat has lost my business, and I will not recommend my friends to buy their products.

My cats LOVE their Cloud bed as well as the door mat, so I ordered a runner and another mat because there is ALWAYS a waiting line for who’s next to nap there. Now there’s room for about half of my 11 cats to nap comfortably at a time!! Since the L Cloud bed only holds 3 cats comfortably, my next order will be the XL Cloud bed! These are FANTASTIC!! ❤️

This is an honest review I think muddy is probably the best product on the market between my dogs my cats and my husband can winter you can't beat them you really can't when you see those ads it's the truth I have believes six of them I plan to get the larger one I'm so taken by these I live in the Northern countries so snow and ice and mud and sand is a way of life and when I love about these they look nasty you take them out shake them out throw them in the washer and they look brand new and the colors you can get the one color I got was teal and I was kind of wondering what was going to be like it's beautiful so I definitely definitely recommend these anything out there cuz I was like one of these doubters about why I can find something cheaper than that I could but nothing compared to these so I definitely recommend them

Placed an order on 11/11 and still have not received my order. I have emailed and received a response, but they outsource their customer service. Was told my order was on the way. Never received it. Contacted them by phone and was told the mail carrier lost my package and they placed a new order at no charge. Still never received and called again. Was told last week it is on its way. Still have not received and it is only for the mat holders. I have purchased six mats from them this past summer and am very happy with them, but their customer support is terrible!!

I ordered my mats on black Friday Nov 28. It is now Dec 12! You give no emails on tracking but that first email of thank you for your order and money email you sent out immediately!!! Nobody pics up from CS I am about ready to contact PayPal for fraud on my card. Thank god I paid with them and not directly out of my account! WHERE ARE MY MATS

I ordered three muddy mats three different sizes all one color. I received three muddy mats that are all the same size 2 beige one gray not at all what I ordered.
