Order # 426739, CC charged on 12/9/25. The only tracking info I received stated a label had been printed on 12/13/25. No movement. The email address on their website is bogus. The phone number just rings & rings. I am so irritated. Can't even cancel because there is no one to take info. Total SCAM! WASTED MYMONEY! DO NOT BUY !

It seems like I’m one of many who haven’t received their order. This is beyond frustrating. I placed a large order around the 28th of November and have not received anything. I emailed, called, called again. Finally got an ai generated email saying my order didn’t ship. No kidding?? I know it hasn’t shipped! I’m going to dispute the charge. If I even still can at this point. It doesn’t sound like they will be refunding any money any time soon.

Product arrived late cause they used the cheapest courier. First wash (following their instructions) and mat begins to thread. Contacted customer services twice. No response. Poor quality from start to finish. Should have had alarm bells at the mess of a website. Seriously there are loads of other products that are better, cheaper and look nicer. Avoid.

I put in an order on the 12/15 and have not recieved an email for shipping or anything. Update! Recieved communications from company and have recieved products.

I placed an order Nov.27. Right before final sale, I was offered the option to add more pieces for what looked like a bigger discount. I was not given details about colors, sizes or quantity before it was included in my order and the order was processed. I asked for clarification. It took over a week to get any response. Nearly a month later and I still don't have any of the carpets I ordered or final clarification on what will be included...what i am actually buying. This company needs to spend a lot more on customer service and less on advertising.

I placed my order on December 2nd. My credit card has been charged. I have called and left a message with a chat bot, no follow through from this company. I emailed on the 18th and received an ai message back, still no follow through. I haven’t received a tracking number as promised by the phone message and the email message. Can anyone assist on this order? Diane Folliard 1/2/26 My order arrived this afternoon. While I have been frustrated by the wait, I am pleased with the purchase. If you’re open to suggestions, it would be greatly appreciated informing your customers of potential delays upfront and keep your line of communication open. It was very frustrating being charged, receiving my credit card bill and not knowing what the status was on my order. I am very glad this worked out, but the angst was unnecessary.

We don't have indoor pets, but we have outdoor cats, and we track in a lot of their fur. So far, we have seen a decrease in what is being tracked in to our house from the outside.

I haven’t even received my order yet and I would not order this product! Placed my order on 11/28. Finally got a shipped notice with tracking number on 12/14. It’s 12/22 and I still have not received. They used some cheap delivery company UniUni and my order has been sitting in Chicago since 12/16. Impossible to speak live to anybody at UniUni. Very very disappointed! Would not order this product!
