This is the worst company ever, they absolutely do not respond to emails or any other problem. They have overcharged me and will not cancel, refund, or even answer an email.

They may catch dirt and snow but are useless for actual muddy paws. We live in the country and I bought 3 mats. Dogs came and still left mud all over even after walking over all 3 mats. I use them for the bathroom now

I ordered on December 14, 2025. A week later I requested info as to a possible shipment date. I received an auto-reply saying someone would reach out to me. Not a word has been received. I sent another request for information yesterday, still not a word. This has got to be a scam. If this product is actually worth it, then they seriously need to work on customer service. To this date, in my opinion, they suck. Pointless.

Worst customer service I have ever received on any product. Placed my order on 12/17, my account was charged immediately. Delivery was promised by 12/23. Didn’t happen. Spent over an hour on the phone on 5 different days. First 4 times I was told I couldn’t receive a refund because the order was being processed. Finally today I was told I would receive a refund. Evidently there are too many pissed off people like myself. I’d like to know how a company can do business in the US without having anyone in the US who you can speak with? STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY, I don’t care how good their product is, they are not worth the hassle to do business with.

I love my muddy mats. I originally bought two to put by the door for the dogs but I love them so much I put them in my kitchen and now want to buy them for my bathroom and everywhere. When I shake them outside I can’t believe all the stuff that falls off. Love the quality and their color choices.

Order placed and billed immediately. It’s been 3 weeks, still no tracking number or status update. After reading MANY reviews, I’m not the only one. Very disappointed thus far. Email sent requesting update and auto-response sent back. Called customer service number and, of course, they are closed

My first order was great, however, I placed a second order on Dec 7, payment was taken from my account on the 8th with a message the tracking number would be issued. Today is Dec 26, I have tried to follow-up several times both by email and phone to no avail. Email efforts were unsuccessful as all I received was a robo answer promising response within 24-48 hours. None received. Phone calls were never answered. My recourse at this time is to try to recover my payment thru my credit card company. I am extremely disappointed in this company.
