Terrible I have been waiting for weeks for my order. Customer service is very slow in responding. I have repeatedly asked to cancel the order and provide a refund to no avail and it looks like my order is still weeks away from delivering. Even if the rugs are good. The service is so bad I would never recommend them

Miss Carla was very helpful ! Helping me track my order as I was having trouble seeing the process of my order. She was patient with me as I was on the phone with her and navigating my email and tracking screen. She walked me through each step while staying on the phone with me. I told her due to her fantastic customer service I most likely will order again and tell my friends about Muddy Mats. She gave me the website to see more products. Great marketing! HEIDI MCCRAY. I ordered on December 12th, 8 days ago and have yet to receive a shipment notification, even though your company advertises that orders are shipped within 24-48 hours. I paid for expedited shipping to be delivered on the 19th. Website said if I ordered within 10 minutes, it would be delivered on the 17th. I tried calling multiple times, but no one answers the phone. VERY disappointed in the lack of customer service and communication, especially when it was a Christmas gift. I hope the company sees this!!! I canceled the order because as of this writing, it still hasn’t left their warehouse yet!!!

I placed my order on 12/3/2025. They charged my card and I've never heard from them again that the order was shipped. I've put in two inquiries on their website and they said they would escalate the problem/order and get back to me in 2-3 days... Yeah sure. Appears to be a scam.

Ordered over 2 weeks ago. Was ready to shop one week ago. Still haven't received it. Tried speaking to support but automated response, and live agent never answered. Will contact my bank to get refund...

I was not expecting the mats to be so nice. I am so happy with them. They wash up so nicely. Many of the products we order today are low quality but your mats were quite a nice surprise when we received them. We had a rain storm here in AZ and our little dogs were in and out as usual. The mats were awesome at keeping their paws cleaned off as they came in and out. I would highly recommend your mats. They are wonderful. For once a product worth the money we spent.

I am adjusting my review as I did finally receive my order today. Customer service has been poor and the inability to contact anybody with the delivery company has been frustrating, so my current rating is based on that. If I find the mats to work well, I will adjust my review again. However, I will leave my comments so that others will be aware of potential delivery/customer service issues. ==== Was really looking forward to less prints all over my floors. Ordered on November 29, 2025. Paid extra for 7-10 day delivery. Today is Dec 19, 2025, and I still have not received my mats. I've sent messages on their website but received no response. I've called twice. On December 11th, I was told the carrier would attempt to "re-deliver" within 24-48 hours (tracking said wrong contact info, but address was correct and we were home all day, so nobody tried to deliver). I got ahold of somebody today and while on hold, after about 100 rings before they answered, they disconnected the call. I called again and they agreed to credit for the rush shipping but asked me to call back on the 22nd or 23rd if I still had not received the mats.
