Ordered online 13 days ago. Have not received tracking number. Called them only to get runaround from ai customer service. Seems like a scam.

Customer Service does not seem to exist at Muddy Mats. I never received a reply to my concerns after being told in an auto message that I would be contacted in 24-48 hours (that was 7 days ago) and that contacting the company to follow up would result in my concerns being moved to the bottom of the queue. I ordered and paid for mats on December 10. 11 days later (December 21), I received a tracking number which would not be activated for at least 2-3 days. I was never able to reach a real person on the phone and all social media inquiries went unaddressed. I was trying to determine if there had been a problem with my order since the charge showed up on my credit card, but there was no word from the company. 11 days to even have the order recognized seems excessive...and having my concerns ignored was insulting. Interestingly, Muddy Mats has not missed a single day in the past 2 weeks sending me offers and requests to purchase more...why would I purchase more when I cannot get what I ordered and only robots seem to be manning customer service...and perhaps all of the company. I would rate your customer service as a 0 if that were an option.

We placed an order on 12-13-25, received confirmation order#. But since then have not received any tracking or correspondence? We've sent 4 emails and tried to call 3 times. The phone just rings & rings without answer? If we ordered an item not in stock just let us know? They state order are shipped within two days.

I ordered Muddy Mats through Affirm App on November 29 and have completed the total payment and have still NOT received my merchandise. It is extremely difficult to receive a clear answer from this company. I have called and emailed with no success. Not happy, thank goodness this was not a Christmas present. I guess my next choose is my bank to dispute the charge and get my money back☹️

Been waiting WAY too long for my order!!!! If I would ordered from Amazon I would have had it long ago!!!

Just as I mentioned earlier, Muddy Mat's customer service truly exceeded expectations in resolving my issue. I give them my highest praise—they were fantastic.

MUDDY MAT uses the worst delivery company. I have been waiting on my order for 16 BUSINESS days and has been in the UNIUNI delivery service warehouse for 7 BUSINESS days. If you are expecting your order in a timely manner, I would suggest using another company.
