Not quite what I expected but my dogs absolutely love them …
Although the beds are not as well supported as I expected them to be, my dogs absolutely love them. The beds are quite flat and not really like many of the photos but as soon as I got them out one of my dogs got in and wouldn’t get out. She claimed both beds!

Cheap product with long delivery time
This took way too long to receive. Once we finally got it, we were totally disappointed. This thing is not worth the money. It’s not very big and not very full. I wasted a lot of money on something that I would have never bought in person!!

Great for both dogs and cats
My purchase arrived in record time and looks exactly as fluffy and attractive as shown on the website. We purchased the bed for our dog but he has hardly had a chance to use it as one of our cats has taken over the bed.LOL. We have a feral cat that is always wary and on edge, hiding behind furniture and generally avoiding us but since she discovered the bed, which is in our living room by the way, we often see her nestled up sleeping, her tiny cat self in the XXL bed. I guess we will need to buy another bed for the dog.

Thank you for sharing your wonderful experience with us, Kathrine! We're delighted that your purchase arrived promptly and has been embraced by both your cat and dog. It's heartwarming to hear that even your feral cat has found comfort in the bed. It sounds like another bed might be on the horizon! My little West Highland Terrier/poodle…
My little West Highland Terrier/poodle x weighing about 6kg loves, loves her new bed. She drags it around to where she wants to have a snooze and settles well at night in it. Delivery very timely, colour and price good. We are all happy. Thanks from Louie and her humans

Beds are not as they appear in the pictures
Not particularly impressed with this company. As many others have said, the delivery times are very long and the tracking information was not good either. The beds are okay and the dogs are using them but they are not nearly as well stuffed as they look in the pictures. They could do with a lot more filling in them. I won't be buying again as the beds are expensive and there are better ones available more cheaply and locally. Update 3/11/23. Mr Fluffy Friend have given me a 15% refund in view of my dissatisfaction with the dog beds which I appreciate. However, that does not change the content of my original review.
Response from MrFluffyFriend™Oct 20, 2023
Thank you for sharing your feedback with us, Sarah. We apologize for any disappointment regarding delivery times and the appearance of the beds. We appreciate your input on the stuffing, and we'll take it into consideration as we strive to improve our products. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we're sorry to hear that we didn't meet your expectations this time. We'll send you an email to offer a resolution that will hopefully make things better for you. We're here to ensure a great experience for both you and your dogs.
