A sleeping bag has more support!
This is, without doubt, the worst dog bed I have ever purchased for my Corgi. There is absolutely no support on the sides, the so-called cushion is non-existent and comes to you like a big lump in the middle of the bed. The material looks like it has come together from a bunch of old bathrobes. I was really excited to get something that she could lay in and enjoy but would still give a little support, which of course they tell you it does. What's the point in sending it back and paying the the shipping charges? You're never too old to be fooled!

Zeer slechte levering staat nu besteld…
Zeer slechte levering staat nu besteld morgen in huis . Nou niet voor dit bedrijf wacht nu al 10 dagen en nog onze nieuwe honden mand binnen erg slecht ….. Aanraden niet hier bestellen als je snel een nieuwe honden mand bestellen. Temu levert zelfs nog sneller

Hoi NA, sorry voor de verwarring. We begrijpen dat het vervelend is om op je bestelling te moeten wachten. In de orderbevestiging vermelden we duidelijk dat de verwachte transittijd 4–10 werkdagen bedraagt. We begrijpen dat je desondanks teleurgesteld bent als je bestelling er na 10 dagen nog niet is. We hopen dat je nieuwe hondenmand snel wordt bezorgd en wensen je hond alvast veel plezier met zijn nieuwe plekje!

Crappy filling and bad return policy!
I ordered a dog bed from Mr. fluffy friend and I followed all the instructions. I paid $179 for an extra large dog bed that never actually fluffed. It was limp and never filled up all the way even though I watched their video and did everything they said. They claim 100% satisfaction guaranteed so I tried to return it and of course they are going to make me pay full shipping, which is half the cost of the bed! It’s ridiculous and I caution you if you don’t like it you’re probably going to be stuck with it. On the plus side the fabric is soft and the bottom is nonstick and it seems fairly well-made. The stuffing is just not stuffy and the customer service is unsatisfying.

We understand that you’ve already been in contact with our customer support team, and we’d like to make sure your concerns are properly addressed. We also want to clarify that we offer local return facilities for customers in the US, so the return cost should not necessarily be as high as half the purchase price.

Mrs. Disappointing
Ok, here is our honest experience with the 120cm bed: Color: 5/5 - we love the color options and the pile is quite soft. Material and construction: 3/5 - the zipper and bottom feels cheaper than our old HomeGoods dog beds, and at the price of these, you are getting near Orvis territory, and this is literally the furthest thing construction/quality wise from an Orvis bed. Filling / Fluff: 0/5 - ours came with essentially 20% of the inserts filled on both the surrounding bolster and the center cushion. Thankfully we were able to take apart our OLD dog beds, and use the stuffing to fill the inserts on this new bed. 45 minutes later, our bed “almost” resembles the ones from the photos. This is a classic “ad vs reality” bait and switch. Mr. FluffyFriend should rebrand as Mr. Disappointing - this is a $30-$40 dog bed at the very top of the limit.

We understand how disappointing it must have been to receive the bed and feel that it didn’t look as expected. Since the bed is vacuum-packed for shipping, following the included instructions on how to properly fluff and redistribute the filling can make a significant difference in bringing it to its optimal condition. Nie polecam tej firmy. Jakość legowiska, która nie ma zbyt wiele wspólnego z tym na zdjęciach. Chińskie tanie, wykonanie. Na tamtejszych marketplace'ach do kupienia za 50zł, a nie za 400zł. Zwyczajne wyrachowanie i oszustwo. A cierpi na tym zwierzę! Dodam, że wszystkie negatywne poniżej 3* nie są na ich stronie publikowane :)

Very disappointed with the product
