Order the next size larger.
Order the next size larger. My dog is 14 lbs and bought a medium and it’s too small
Response from MrFluffyFriend™Oct 20, 2026
We’re sorry the medium bed turned out to be too small for your dog, Karl. We understand how disappointing it is when the size doesn’t provide enough room. Dogs can vary in how much space they like to stretch out, so checking the bed’s dimensions against your dog’s sleeping style can be helpful when choosing a size. We appreciate you sharing your feedback and hope you find a more suitable fit for your pup.

It was easy to order but it took some time to get it. The bed is big enough for my 70 lb GSD but it's not as fluffy as I expected.
Response from MrFluffyFriend™Oct 14, 2026
We’re glad the ordering process was easy and that the bed gives your 70 lb German Shepherd plenty of room to stretch out, Liliana. We’re sorry the delivery took longer than expected and that the bed wasn’t as fluffy as you had hoped. Since our beds are compressed for shipping, allowing them time to expand and gently fluffing and massaging the filling can help it distribute more evenly. We appreciate you sharing your feedback and hope your GSD enjoys many comfortable naps in their spacious bed!

I like the product
I like the product. I got the recommended size for my dog but it seems too small. The one I bought did not fit into my budget, so buying a bigger one is not an option. The instructions were very thorough and the packaging was superior.
Response from MrFluffyFriend™Oct 13, 2026
We’re happy to hear that you like the product and found the instructions thorough and the packaging protective, Gloria. We’re sorry, though, that the recommended size turned out to feel too small for your dog. We understand that purchasing a larger bed may not fit your budget, and we appreciate you sharing this feedback. Your comments help us understand where sizing guidance can be improved.

My pet absolutely LOVES these beds
My pet absolutely LOVES these beds. This is the second one he has went through. First one he had just had for a long time, and I felt it was due for a replacement. The only complaint I have is not the bed, but how they wrap it to ship. It came so taped up and packaged sooooo tight I had a terrible time getting it opened. Had to have helped and then was so afraid I would cut it. It was a lot ridiculous how you packaged this product.!!!!
Response from MrFluffyFriend™Oct 13, 2026
It’s lovely to hear that your pet has enjoyed the beds for so long that you’ve now purchased a second one! We’re sorry, though, that the packaging made it so difficult and stressful to open. We understand your concern about accidentally cutting the bed while trying to remove the tightly secured wrapping. Your feedback is important, and we’ll take it into account as we continue reviewing how we package our products for shipping. Thank you for letting us know.

Product and delivery
The product was good. It was a bit smaller/thinner than I anticipated but appropriate for our.pooch Delivery took longer than I thought it would also. Enquiries were addressed with an appropriate time via email. Overall happy with the product and our older pooch is too.
Response from MrFluffyFriend™Oct 11, 2026
Glenda, we’re pleased to hear that you’re happy with the product overall and, most importantly, that your older pooch is enjoying it too! It’s lovely to know that our team was able to address your enquiries by email. We understand that the bed was a little smaller and thinner than you expected and that delivery took longer than anticipated. We appreciate you sharing this feedback, as it helps us continue improving both our products and delivery experience. We wish your furry companion many more comfortable and restful moments in their new bed!

Although the fluffy bed arrived as…
Although the fluffy bed arrived as advertised, my skittish dog has yet to use it. He lies next to it but has yet to take the plunge. I did rub it on him to give it his scent when it came but despite my urging he has been not willing. I am hoping he will use it soon.
Response from MrFluffyFriend™Oct 8, 2026
Jo, it sounds like your pup is taking his time before giving the new bed his seal of approval! We’re glad to hear that the bed arrived as expected, even if he’s still a little hesitant to climb in. It’s actually a good sign that he’s comfortable resting beside it. Sometimes a skittish dog simply needs a little more time to get used to a new texture, smell, or sleeping spot. We hope he soon feels confident enough to take the plunge and discover his new cosy place!

Second review of new product
I purchased Mr Fluffy back in 2020 and was’t impressed with it. After a few years the CEO contacted me saying they redesigned it and wanted to send me one to update my review. After having the bed for a few weeks there are some differences. The new bed is a little smaller than the old one. Another difference is that you can unzip the outer and inner sections to take out the sealed fluff and wash the part that the dog sleeps on. The newer one is not as soft as the old style. I put the two on the floor and the dog lays in the older one more comfortable then the new one. He hangs out of the new one and doesn’t fit in it the same when he does try to use it. The quality is the same in both. However the newer one is priced 10.00 higher.
Response from MrFluffyFriend™Oct 8, 2026
We really appreciate you taking the time to share such a detailed follow-up review and, especially, for giving our redesigned bed another try after your experience in 2020. We’re glad you noticed the improvements to the removable sections and washable design, while we also understand your concerns about the differences in size, softness, and comfort compared with the original bed. It’s important for us to hear that your dog still prefers the older version, and we’re sorry the newer design hasn’t provided the same experience for him. Your detailed feedback on these differences, as well as the price, is genuinely valuable to us as we continue evaluating and improving the product. Thank you again for giving the updated bed a fair try and for sharing your honest experience.

I gave 4 stars…
I gave 4 stars because I couldn't get the order form off my google page. I placed the order then I had to power my phone down, wait awhile & restart it . That was annoying and weird! The bed has been enjoyed by my greyhound. She spends half her rest time in it.
Response from MrFluffyFriend™Oct 4, 2026
Thank you for sharing your experience, Lulinda! We’re glad to hear that your Greyhound has been enjoying her new bed and has made it part of her regular resting routine. 🐾 We’re sorry the ordering process gave you some trouble, though. Having to restart your phone just to complete the process certainly sounds frustrating, and we appreciate you bringing it to our attention.
