ordered the big fluffy bear for my daughter and it showed up in about a week, super soft and way bigger than i expected

I just received my Frenchie Mr Fuffy and I'm very disappointed the side doesn't stand it laying on the floor and no support plus no zipper to remove it. I paid 100 and something dollars for this a medium size. I can't believe this. I wish I knew how to contact this company. I have another bed that I bought some years ago orthopedic bed for a bow mass and they still firm, strong and beautiful. I'm very disappointed. I'm 75 years old and so disappointment for me and my dog she won't even sleep in it.

I personally loved the bed. The quality and looks of the bed was perfect. Very soft and inviting. However, in the time it took me to take a shower, our eight month old German Shepherd, Wallace, destroyed said bed. He pulled the stuffing out and our bedroom looked like a cloud. He's not ready for comfort yet. We will continue to supply him with Kevlar mats to sleep on. I definitely will try this bed again when he's a grown up. Great product.

I have just received the second of these beds, the first was purchased last year and it is just as excellent, I'm pleased to say. These really are superb quality the cheaper ones from elsewhere are nothing like the quality of these. They don't lose softness after use, they tend to flatten a bit in the centre and I assume this is partly the reason for the orthopedic recommendations from vets, as my cat rests his head on the edge which supports his neck and spine. Beautiful beds, highly recommended. The customer service is excellent as well. Thank you to all at Mr. Fluffy Friend for your support ❤️🐈😭

My "baby" is a 13-yr old rescue. She is approximately 95lbs.and I love her dearly. I have only had her for about a 1-1/2 yrs and I know that she won't be with me for long (I have had many senior rescues) and I try to give them the best last few years of their lives. They leave this world knowing love, kindness, full bellies and a warm and caring life. That is why I try to give them the best and your beds are wonderful. She loves it so much. It is so comfortable and full and soft. It also washes up beautifully. This was my 3rd. purchase.
