We waited a while for the delivery
We waited a while for the delivery, but at the end they came true. The bed is nice and fluffy, maybe we shoulded select a bigger size, their customer service works great and you shouldn't be worry, the company is legit. We were worried by some of the google reviews, but we are please and our poodle too. Thank You

Two Happy Labs…
This is my second MrFluffyFriend purchase. The shipment generally takes longer than I expect, but because our labs love your products, it is worth the wait. The 2 xl beds are perfect (1st purchase). The second purchase was a sofa cover. I bought this for the back of the suv. It is actually smaller than I anticipated but still serves the intended purpose. I also bought a blanket, which I believe is appropriate with my expectations. Our labs love these products. Thank you!

This is the worst experience I have…
This is the worst experience I have ever had ordering online. There is evidently no one there to answer questions or listen to requests for help. I ordered a bed on September 25. Today. October 18 they indicate it is somewhere in New York. I’m in Oklahoma. Never order here again.
Response from MrFluffyFriend™Oct 19, 2023

This the the third bed I have bought…
This the the third bed I have bought for my Springer Spaniel. He loves it. The ordering, delivering went to plan. My only criticism is that it is an extra large and for any bigger dog I don't anticipate it would be as good. the sizes probably need to be appropriate to what is advertised. I arranged for the bed to be sent to another address and was not informed when it had arrived. It would have been useful to have been told.
Response from MrFluffyFriend™Oct 19, 2023

We value your feedback on the sizing and delivery notification, and we'll certainly take it into account for improvement.
