false and misleading advertising. a complete scam. no business details, no phone, no address, just one email to contact. paid $109.00AUD for a dog bed and seduced by the outrageous claims of 'support', 'therapeutic benefits' and'world's #1 anti-anxiety bed' and their fake claims go on. also the promise of full refund 30 day satisfaction guarantee. parcel arrived with instruction 'signature on delivery' but noone home and parcel left on garden bed inside our property. came home to find parcel and completely slashed from side to side. 3 layers of plastic slashed with product sticking out. would not have accepted parcel in this state and it would have been deemed 'undeliverable' and returned to the senders address which is in Chullora. opened up parcel hoping dog bed might be ok but immediately observed that this is cheap flimsy shoddy over-priced rubbish. internal filling sliding all over the inside bottom and clearly poorly and insufficiently filled - no support, no comfort. the sides are not supportive and flimsy and floppy. cheap polyester and synthetic materials. advertised at 60% off usual price and purchased for AUD109.00. There is no way that this is worth AUD109.00 let alone 60% more. can buy much much cheaper locally for far superior product. immediately contacted company and they denied anything to do with state of delivery and state of product. i said this is not used and according to their promise of 100% refund satisfaction guarantee they did not want to honour. first they started with 15% refund then 30% refund then 40% refund all to which I said NO but they continued with their evasive tactics. I told them to supply me with return packaging and return delivery details but they refused. frustrated with their cat and mouse game, I told them that I was posting to Chullora from where it came but they didn't respond. i then emailed them stating that I posted back to Chullora and only after this, they told me that the return is in China and that they would not accept but upon tracking, it has been delivered. they are scammers. they allow you to believe that you are dealing in your own country i.e. I am in Australia and the website is in English. the currency is in Australian dollars. there is no mention at point of sale that they are posting from China but even after I demanded my full refund within one day of receiving the bed and demanding their return address they withheld all of this information. so now, they have my money and the product and still refusing to refund. avoid them at all costs. the product is absolute rubbish with so many false claims that they should be shut down.
