incredibly disappointed
If I say I was disappointed it would be a gross miss understatement. The amount of plastic is unbelievable!!! Cheaply made, and absolutely a huge disappointment that arrived straight from China :-( Do not purchase this!!

Hi Monica, We’re very sorry to hear that you’re not happy with the product you received. Regarding the plastic, please note that we use an eco-friendly wrap for shipping to help protect the bed during transit. We truly appreciate your feedback and will continue to look for ways to improve both our products and packaging.

Mr fluffy friend is the worst quality…
Mr fluffy friend is the worst quality dog bed I have ever purchased. The product is garbage quality with no memory foam stuffing just a bunch of foam pieces. Bought XXL version. Absolutely no support. Don't buy this.
Response from MrFluffyFriend™Dec 16, 2025
Hi Marc, We’re sorry to hear about your experience. Upon checking, your purchase was made a year ago, so unfortunately it’s past the return and refund window, and we’re unable to address the order directly. That said, we truly appreciate your feedback and will take it into account as we continue to improve the quality and comfort of our products.

Betrug
Betrug!

Hi Claudia, We’re very sorry to hear that you’re not satisfied with the product you received. Please note that our products are vacuum-packed for shipping, which can make the filling look thinner initially. It should regain its full shape and comfort once fluffed up. We understand your concerns regarding returns and refunds, and we appreciate your feedback as we continue to improve our products and service.

poor product, misleading advertising, no real return possible
I would give this product one star if I could and the company zero stars. The bed is advertised as orthopedically beneficial, but the round bottom where the dog sleeps is thin and poorly padded. The shaggy material is thin too and you can see right through it to the black material underneath. It's poorly made and not worth even half the money. Even worse, the company advertised easy returns, but then it turns out you have to ship it back internationally and pay huge return shipping fees! This is apparently in some fine print no one would ever see, making it not an "easy return" at all. Misleading and deceptive. I tried to get my money back but this company just wants you to keep their inferior product for a 40 percent discount, even going so far as to say you can donate it! Ugh. Don't buy from this company.

Hi VS, We’re very sorry to hear that you’re not happy with the resolution offered. We also cannot check on your order details as no purchase information was included in your review. Regarding the appearance of the bed, please note that it is shipped vacuum-packed, which can make it look thinner or less fluffy initially. It regains its full shape and comfort once removed from the packaging and fluffed up. We truly appreciate your feedback and take it seriously as we work to improve our products and customer experience.

Response from MrFluffyFriend™Dec 14, 2025
