I purchased wireless headphones with the translation option. For me, it was a little bit hard to install the apps and connect to my phone, but I am not tech savvy. On that note because Ella, the customer service Rep was excellent. She responded quickly was very helpful and polite. I am more than pleased with this company’s service 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I receive my order. I was excited to open it, but when I did I discovered that my products had been damaged. The packaging was soaked and two of the bottles were near empty. I took pictures and sent them and a little note about what had happened. They sent me a message letting me know that they received my message, and that they were refunding my money. I also received an apology for they inconvenience.

I placed my order January 15th. As of today March 26th. I haven't received my order yet. My account was debited immediately. And now there is no response from CozyllioCozyllio.com. I fill l have been Scammed!!! No response, no tracking information or anything. Just silent from the seller.
