Can I say, I emailed my issue to moonycozy early this morning and I had an answer this afternoon! Truly, that blew me away. Durian support will refund me, I'm so grateful. The product is great, the colours super delightful. One of the caps was for my girlfriend. But, whoever packed the two caps, folded them in half, so this horrid crease goes down the middle. Supervision needed, right! Bother! But, thank you ever so much for a super quick reply to my email and a refund on its way. 🙂

Product was ordered on August 1, 2026. Email from Moonycozy on August 29 says the item was delivered. I sent them an email stating that it never arrived. No response! I looked through my ring camera footage and it showed no delivery. I sent a follow up email, no response. I went back through their tracking and found where it was supposedly delivered on August 21, 2026 to my front porch. I again went back through my ring camera and found no delivery. I filled a claim through PayPal and they denied my claim saying the company says the product was delivered. I sent a third email to their customer support requesting a replacement or a refund, no response. Luckily the product wasn’t that expensive. UPDATE: They have still not responded to my emails, but they have responded to my review post here. They have now reached out and have given me a full refund. Therefore I have updated my rating to 3 stars. I'm glad that they refunded my money, but they need to work on their customer service.

Ordered a product that did not live up to the commercial. I emailed customer support and they immediately refunded what I paid, and I did not have to return the product (avoiding postage costs). Even though the product wasn’t good, I found the customer service response time and handling outstanding.

I ordered an organic castor oil with rose quartz roller for 28 euros, after being impressed by an influencer review. What I got was something with a plastic roller. I could have bought a LOT of castor oil for the price of this. I've updated my review from 1 to 3 stars to reflect the positive experience I had when I got in touch to complain and ask for a refund. They're aware that the item they're shipping is not what they've advertised and are working on it, and offered me a refund, no questions asked.

I inadvertently hit purchase and had committed to 2-3 units. I immediately emailed an order cancellation and was granted a return of my money. Good experience

I ordered four pairs of the AI Glasses advertised as language translating, recording and picture taking. Received the glasses timely, but upon opening the box quickly realized that the glasses did not have a camera. I emailed support, received a quick response and after voicing my concerns over a couple of emails I received a full refund without the need to return the glasses. While not happy with the false advertising of the glasses, I am happy to have received my money back. Hence the only reason for the three stars.
