I was not happy woth my purchase and sent an email to let the compamy lnow and requested a full refund and i would send the item back to them. They responded back withon two days to inform me they had processed a refund and to Not ship the item back. Now ill wait til i actually see the refund but if i do am pleased with the service.

I ordered the car polish they advertised on social media, but when I received it, it didn’t work as advertised,so I contacted their customer service department and told them. They offered me to refund the cost of the polish, but told me to keep the polish and they just held the postage back which I agreed to as it would cost me that amount in postage to return the item. No questions asked and very prompt with their refund offer.

I ordered a product from Moonycozy and paid for it but never received it. I notified them about this and although it took several requests, they did refund my money, which is what I requested. They did the right thing and for that I commend them.

I receive my order. I was excited to open it, but when I did I discovered that my products had been damaged. The packaging was soaked and two of the bottles were near empty. I took pictures and sent them and a little note about what had happened. They sent me a message letting me know that they received my message, and that they were refunding my money. I also received an apology for they inconvenience.

The product itself (Stainless Steel Floor Drain Filter) didn't work for my sink. It was just a little bit too big. But they offered to refund the amount without me having to ship it back.
