Scam advertising, unusable product, zero customer service
I ordered the “Electric Spray Air Cushion” hairbrush set (£53.52) after seeing an Instagram ad showing it instantly straightening hair in one stroke. What arrived were two cheap plastic brushes that do nothing of the sort — they don’t straighten hair at all, and the build quality feels like it cost a fraction of what I paid. Worse than the product itself is the complete silence from the company. I tried to request a return through their website contact form — no response. I then emailed the address on both their site and my order confirmation directly — again, nothing. Weeks later, still no reply of any kind. Save your money. The advert is misleading (almost certainly AI-generated to show results the product can’t deliver), the product doesn’t work, and there is no functioning customer service or return process. I’ve effectively lost £53.52 with no recourse.
