I ordered an organic castor oil with rose quartz roller for 28 euros, after being impressed by an influencer review. What I got was something with a plastic roller. I could have bought a LOT of castor oil for the price of this. I've updated my review from 1 to 3 stars to reflect the positive experience I had when I got in touch to complain and ask for a refund. They're aware that the item they're shipping is not what they've advertised and are working on it, and offered me a refund, no questions asked.

I inadvertently hit purchase and had committed to 2-3 units. I immediately emailed an order cancellation and was granted a return of my money. Good experience

Shipping was a little slow, but the communication from the vendor was excellent. The product was awesome. I’m wearing mine to the gym and around town. I love all three colors. Durian did a great job communicating.

Big scam, don’t buy anything from them you never can get your things , I ordered 6 weeks ago next day they sent me a tracking number which still can’t find anywhere, stay away from this mongers

The order was received quickly. But the real 5 star is for the customer service. I had an issue, and customer service was quick to respond and very friendly. All of my questions were were answered!!!

My b/tooth split spkrs arrived but I could only listen to one! The lack of protection in packaging is responsible for this. The package arrived battered hence 1 spkr is no good! I have sent 3 emails and 4th this morning. NO REPLY!!!! The soeaker that is working properly has a good sound so very very disappointed. Delivery time was ok. You advertise 24 hr customer service. Where is it!!! Order No.3220834. Sue Drake 2- Got a reply instantly after above review. Was told I would be fully refunded. It's been 3 wks and still no r/fund!! More Bull!! Then they asked me to delete the bad review and update with another!!!@ I wanted to upgrade to the larger split speakers and nothing said. All i want is the speakers that work and the bigger ones for my trouble!! Then and only then will I consider it customer satisfaction & delete reviews. Sue Drake 3 - Has been fully refunded!
