My mom and dad got my husband and I (33 y/o) a moon pod for Christmas after overhearing I wanted one To summarize how I feel, I haven’t sat down or laid down on any other furniture other than my bed in 2 days, and I laid back on it today and exclaimed, “this is the most comfortable place on earth!” I found hubs finally getting a little moon pod time in when I caught him sleeping on it while I was getting ready. Lastly, and I have a photo I’d love to attach, my parents little shiz tzu pup lays out all sprawled out on it when no one else is taking up the space. Thank you!!!

I can’t rate the product yet because it’s a gift but I had an issue with the tracking and once I emailed customer service it was taken care of the same day.

customer Service answered my request in 5 minutes. I have purchased several MoonPods and they are the most comfortable products I have ever purchased. Used to wake up with a terrible stiff neck until I purchased their pillows. Best sleep - best seating.

My experience with Moonpod.co began after Thanksgiving Day and the end of November 2023. The ordering process was a breeze and easy to follow through all aspects of the order. I ordered two of the Moodpod Pillows and they were shipped separately - which wasn't normally a good idea, but based on the costs and quality of the products - I CAN DEFINITELY UNDERSTAND. The first Moonpod Pillow arrived in a matter of about six days and the Pillow is a Dream of comfort. HOWEVER, the second Pillow didn't arrive as the first one did - but NOT because of the Moonpod people. THE PROBLEM had to do with the way the USPS People's incompetency caused extensive delays. ON THE BRIGHTER SIDE OF THE PROBLEM - the Moonpod Customer Service Representative (Mark) I ended up dealing with was EXCEPTIONAL and worked with me (and my own personal investigation) to get the problem corrected. I COULDN'T ASK FOR A BETTER EXPERIENCE - and sadly to say, it is/was rare. Most of the time when an individual deals with any Customer Service Representatives - there is a feeling of total disinterest with the individual's problem and doesn't really care. With Moonpod Customer Service - In My Experience - such is not the case! It is a rare experience to realize there is a company and customer service representatives that really do care and go out of their way to be of assistance and provide caring suggestions to the person's individual problems. MOONPOD AND THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE PERSONNEL (MARK) IS REALLY THE EXCEPTION TO THE RULE!!!!
