I loved the bundle moon pod, beyond the amazing comfort, resting and relaxing and I like so much the attention that the supporter RON gave to me. They are very professional and easygoing, and I couldn’t find better choice in the market. Thank you so much to Moon pod to give all assistance and I’m so happy with my purchase. ❤️

Cecelia did an absolutely wonderful and thorough assist when I needed to buy refill beads for my MoonPod. The best customer service I have received as late. She actually read my question, provided info that the website page that hosts the refill orders was down and provided me an alternative to get the refill beads with no delay. Even answered my follow up question with actual instructions, not just sending me somewhere else. Love her and her dedication to her brand and work

Very excellent customer service, by phone and by email. Cecelia and Ron were excellent customer service representatives when I thought I had a problem and the problem was all mine. The product is excellent and is as advertised and as comfortable as all the images and advertisements show. 100% satisfied. Thank you folks. This is Richard

I am giving a 5 star rating for the product and the fast reshipment. I am very happy and impressed with the Moon Pod bundle product. They are very comfortable. It contoured to the body and supports the body frame comfortably. I am happy with the product and the material is very clean. Although, I would suggest that the call center should remediate on returning phone calls. Importantly, shipping items on time, is crucially important as product advertisements. Especially the first time buyers/customers.

Someone sent the wrong color for the main body pod, I contacted MoonPod by email, the CSA was courteous and said she'd send the correct color cover to me, after verifying the color.
