This is a HORRIBLE product TERRIBLE return experience

This is a HORRIBLE product. It is nothing like they advertise on TV. You actually have to lean it up against a wall or the sofa to get it to bend into a chair, and it is impossible to GET OUT of it. It's even worse than the bean bag chairs I had as a kid in the 60s. This is why I will NEVER, EVER purchase anything from a TV ad again. I hate to say it, but this is why AMAZON is blowing away all the competition. They never argue with their customers, and if you have prime, returns are a snap. It has taken me 4 back and forth emails so far to try and get a return label and an RMA return number. AND I still don't have one yet. Also, they are charging me $40 for the return label, and ANOTHER $20 for a used cover because I sat in it. $60 lost from the $299 I spent on this piece of garbage. WHAT A RIP OFF!. I WOULD AVOID THIS COMPANY "MOON POD".CO like the plague. TERRIBLE product, TERRIBLE return policy, and TERRIBLE customer service. (NO PHONE NUMBER AVAILABLE on any of the paperwork or website. Gee, I wonder why? Oh and by the way, they advertise "easy returns". What a joke.... I wish they had a ZERO star rating. They don't even deserve ONE star. Watch them respond right away below in their cheesy BLUE box... Another apology generated from a computer no doubt. Snakes

Cecil was so very helpful in everyway.
Cecil was so very helpful in getting my Pod replaced. Now my son and granddaughter have their birthday gift which they LOVE.

Excellent Customer Service

Not any good for me ! ! !
I tried a Moonpod at a friend's house in North Carolina; it was not good and not comfortable for me; in the meantime, I had already ordered one. Shortly after it arrived, I contacted Moonpod.co and asked for my money back; I still have not heard from them.

A quality beanbag
I was shopping around for a quality beanbag chair, and was between this and those Lovesacs. The reviews here gave me a bit of pause, but they seemed to mostly have to do with issues unrelated to the beanbag itself so I went ahead and got one with a crescent pillow from Bed, Bath & Beyond. I think it's great! It's comfortable, and fits in better with my existing furniture than the Lovesac. Crescent pillow definitely takes it to the next level though.

The Moonpod!
Order the Moonpod, the lunar lift, and the crescent. Very satisfied with my products, they are incredibly comfortable. Additionally, I had a wonderful experience with their customer service. Mark in the customer service department was very helpful, and responded to my questions in a timely manner. Will definitely be recommending Moonpod to friends.

I will chalk this up to being swayed by a modern day snake oil salesman. I actually purchased the chair pod, lunar lift for the feet and the crescent. Are all of the individuals in your ads little people, because I'm only 5'8" and completely overwhelmed the chair. I actually bought this for my wife as she is having issues with her back. This chair actually made it a bit worse. And to top it all off, you failed to include the pod cover in the original shipment. Sorry, but all things considered, 1 star is the best I can muster.

I bought the moon pod with the head and foot rests and love them! I have fibromyalgia and it's truly like sitting on a cloud. Keep up the great work..
