It is a beanbag. Nothing special. Any beanbag you buy at Wal-Mart is just as comfortable. I had much higher hopes for this $400 bag, but my $50 Big Joe bag is better; I can sit in it and stand up easily, without having to roll onto the floor like a turtle on its back. Also the material is pretty flimsy, not durable, and tears pretty easily, so we made our own cover instead of paying an additional $100 For a replacement from monopod. For anyone looking for back and joint relief, this is NOT the chair for you. MAYBE, monopod should offer some kind of lifted base for it, so people don't have to struggle and roll onto the floor to get back up. My husband is building one so we don't have to deal with the horror and extra expense of returning this disappointment.

I like my moon pod. I also ordered the crescent but it did not come with the included sleeve. I have tried to contact customer service but have not received a response, which is frustrating as the product was delivered without all of the included components. Not sure where to go from here...

I ordered, in error, two lunar lifts. I notified the company before I received the product. They quickly replied with a solution. Fed ex and I never were able to communicate. Again, I contacted customer service. They arranged for me to return the item and upon receipt, they initiated my credit. They were efficient, accommodating and most of all quick to respond. Excellent customer service in a world where service seems to be eroding.

Absolutely amazing and the support is the best! I already have a moon pod and was getting 3 for business, as it’s nothing like the others. Super accommodating, instant support, and we can’t wait to float and have our clients make trips to the moon with the moon pods! Thank you so much!

Excellent customer service and amazing products. Whether you order the wrong color cover or need additional fill that’s out of stock, Moonpod CS is responsive and so helpful! The products are incredible - they are the highest quality and life changing if you have a bad back, hips etc. I cannot recommend this company and their products enough.

I needed replacement beads after my movers tore my pillow. Chris in Customer Service got right back to me and my order shipped the same day!

I received my Moon Pod, but the cover was missing from the box. I reached out to Moon Pod via email and Chris was quick to respond and dealt with the problem immediately. Very shortly after speaking with Chris, I received a notification that the order for my replacement cover was being processed. It was so nice to receive such excellent customer service, and I can't wait to get my cover and do some serious reading in my new Mood Pod. Planning to purchase the Lunar Lift and the Crescent soon as well!

Moonpod is an absolute marketing scam with poor customer service. After purchasing the super moonpod, it was immediately evident that there is simply insufficient filling in their premiere item (super moonpod). You sink straight to the bottom and feel the “comfort” of a hard floor, with a thin fabric lining between yourself and the floor. The beads collect around you. The customer service is terrible; they were unable to send additional filler for 4-6 weeks, then they sent a small amount which made absolutely no difference and told me I can purchase more filler for an additional cost; that filler is currently on back order for 5-6 months. They refused to accommodate a return and were exceptionally rude when I asked for a refund, after being patient for months. This company probably has supply chain issues and probably has had to ration their bead filler. They also have a major customer support issue. I even tried to contact the CEO of the company, as I wish success to small companies like this, and desired a solution. I’m an average weight male (6’0” 180 pounds), but my girlfriend is very petite and complains of the same exact issue. I gave this company multiple opportunities to fix this situation, and they disappointed every time. Definitely do not order this; there have been many great reviews, but obviously the quality of this item has changed. Will be disputing this with my credit card and recycling this for sure! 10/23/21
