I bought a moon pod for my daughter this past year. She is very light weight. Within months the thing had totally sagged and the beads had lost their buoyancy. There is now about a foot of extra material flopping over the top with no beading inside it. I don’t think there was enough fill in there to begin with, as the bag never could fold up on its own without being propped up against a wall. I’m very disappointment in the quality of the product and feel ripped off.

I purchased both the Bean Bag and Crescent Pillow from MoonPod. I'm someone who's tried everything due to my history of back pain. I'm very excited because I think I may have finally found the brand I need that relieves all pressure points from my neck and back, so that I can lounge in peace. My only fear is that my wife likes the products too, and this could be a product that she claims as hers. And my son is also a fan. His birthday is coming up, so this could be what I get him for his present.

Upon receiving the Luna Lift I ordered, I had to reach out to Moon Pod due to an incorrectly sewn seam that left the beads spilling out of the casing. My initial contact was through email, but then decided to call to further explain the problem.The phone call representative said she could see my email and asked what more I needed to add or expand on so that she could send an internal memo to the person that would be handling my problem. I received an email reply shortly afterwards saying that they would replace the item free of charge, Within a week I received the replacement. Excellent customer service! The Luna Lift is a fine addition to the Moon Pod bean bag and Crescent Back. It is comfortable for the feet and can also used as a back rest in a pinch.

I bought 2 moon pods, the foot rest, and the crescent last Nov. it’s been less than a year and every single item sagged so bad it is impossible to use them as we first got them then first 2 months. Read the website and it stated to wash the cover and reshaped. Nope, not working. I tried to refill the pod by trying to combine the filling of the 2 moon pods into 1 and it’s not even possible due to the way they designed the zipper. The filling went down so much each of the moon pods. The maximum weight of the users is 150 lb. This is so not what i expected when I spent upwards of $500 for their products.
