Cyrelle has been absolutely outstanding! I ordered the full set of Moon Pod products and was stressed that they would not arrive before a long vacation. Cyrelle checked with the warehouse several times on the status of each item and always email me back right away to let me know where things stood. I'm happy to say we received everything before we left, and now I can't wait to relax in my Moon Pod when I get back!

We love the moonpods! We put them and the crescent on the floor in our kitchen to watch a movie and sat there the whole time! Highly recommend both pieces!

I received my Moonpod and the same day cut off the labels, which caused a miniscule tear in the white inner shell. I tried bandage tape and heavy duty scotch tape but was unable to patch the tear as both kept falling off. Mark at Moonpod agreed to replace it, free of charge. I will most certainly purchase the 5 year warranty and am grateful for the generosity.

I had to reach out to Moonpod's customer service two or three times. Each time I had the same person address my concerns and he (Mark) responded quickly and courteously every time. Really a great experience which is so rare with many other retailers.

The product is very well made. Great bang for the money. I can lay in it for days. The customer service was great too. They answered my questions within hours. I would definitely buy from them again. Thank you!

I ordered three Moon Pods and one arrived. It was difficult for me to track the other two Pods, because the tracking system needed the order number (which was the same for all three pods). When the order number was typed in it kept saying the pods were delivered. I sent an email and Mark responded quickly and gave me a tracking number. During a busy Christmas season, sometimes a response never happens. Moonpod's customer service did respond. Thank you.

Very responsive with updating a discount to an order!

I realized, after I placed my order, two things. First off, it only applied my additional 10% off to one of the two items I’d ordered. Second, if I’d ordered the second item as an add on when ordering the first item, instead of going to the second item’s separate page and ordering, it gives a “package” discount. When I contacted customer service to try to get the additional discount credited/refunded from my order, they said they couldn’t…so I ended up cancelling that order and placing an identical one with the discount. It ended up saving me $25, so was worth it. In a perfect world, customer service could have just refunded the difference, but they were unable to. In an even more perfect world, the website would have applied all relevant discounts properly and I wouldn’t have had to contact customer service, cancel and order, and replace the order. All water under the bridge because I was able to cancel the order.
