I've never had a bad experience with Mono-P, they sell really good superior products and are honest with the quality as in not hyping up function to up the price. I recently bought a Dell Ethernet card for my Dell DT and it just wouldn't work, and so they made the return a complete no hassle no problem return, that was great. Monoprice is my favorite online store for cables, because they have a lifetime warranty, which Monoprice stands by and honors. Their customer service is responsive and efficient. I've never had a problem requesting a replacement cable. I recommend Monoprice to any friends looking for where to buy their cables online.

Great pricing, rapid shipping, secure packaging. Hassel free lifetime warranty on all their branded cables. I had a 15' HDMI cable fail after a year, chatted with customer service (almost 0 wait time). They shipped a replacement, no return of failed cable required. If you need it and they have it; save yourself the frustration of trying to hunt for a better price somewhere less reputable. This is my first and last stop for a wide array of techie needs.
