Disappointing that a small strip of wire, value under $3, takes so long to go 400 miles (from S. Calif. to Folsom in Central Calif.). Per the company tracking page, it was given to "UPS Mail Innovations" on the 18th, was at Folsom USPS and handed around there on the 23rd, but still not delivered by 26th evening. Other packages, all larger and ordered same general time or even later, made it much more promptly. Perhaps a problem is in using two agencies, UPS and USPS for a small, easily misplaced? pkg.

I've purchased several items for my own use over the years, and literally hundreds of cables through work. Never had anything but good experiences so far.

I always use customer support chat. They're quick to replace defective products under warranty.

Excellent products at great prices. Fast shipping. I am so pleased with my cables. There was an issue with my order, missing a part and they immediately rectified it. Highly Recommend!

When I emailed for warranty information on a product, I received a prompt response with the information requested. I ordered, but the FedEx-Smartpost free shipping experience was far from ideal. The item was listed as shipped for more than a day before FedEx actually picked it up. FedEx apparently misdirected the package to an out-of-the way city, where it was on the day FedEx had said it would be delivered. It was then rerouted back to a FedEx depot which was again out of the way. It was then "in-transit" for 3 days going only 80 miles to another FedEx depot where it was turned over to the US Postal Service, which delivered it the next day, which was 5 days later than FedEx said it would be delivered. All told, it took almost 2 weeks to deliver the package. FedEx, not Monoprice, was the problem, but beware of Monoprice using FedEx-Smartpost shipping. Once the product (an HDMI Matrix Switch) arrived and was installed, it was excellent, and I would highly recommend this product..... Monoprice using FedEx Smartpost, not so much.

I bought a less than $5 micro usb cable some years ago. It was garbage quality, didn't last long. Received a better quality replacement. Replacement failed recently. Received another replacement, worse quality, same as the first one i bought yrs ago. I have no other experience with this seller.

I purchased a Monoprice 3D printer (rebranded from another company) years ago and it has been an overwhelming success. I've since purchased five other Monoprice 3D printers (differing models) and I've only had two issues in over five years. Both issues were simply sensor failure (common with ALL printers) and we're immediately covered via the warranties. The support staff were immediate, knowledgable and extremely helpful and personal. Part of the reason I keep coming back to Monoprice is because of their support staff (Thanks Jacob!) And the quality of product, which rivals products three times the price. People have had issues with the original brand printer, but something about the Monoprice badge seems to keep issues from occuring.

I first e-mailed monoprice and asked a question of a $1.50, 3.5 jumper cord. What I wanted to try is recording cassette tapes from a cassette deck to my iMac. I got NO reply back so after a few days I called the number and got an Indian and asked him if it would work. After a few tries to make him understand what I wanted he finally said "Yes, it will work." Well it didn't. Though the total price that I am out is $5.00+ I'm not too upset of the lose of the money. Its the customer service that sucks. UPDATE: Moving from one start to 5 stars. After posting review, Monoprice reached to to me and was very apologetic and granted me a full refund. Very nice.
