These gold bars are just beautiful! Ordering from this company has been a great experience for me. About three years ago, I started making purchases from Money Metals, and I have always received the best customer service possible. They offer competitive pricing and fast delivery. I would definitely suggest them and feel totally confident making purchases from them.

Its the general practice this company uses. By claiming that this is such a great investment. They fail to mention there premiums are set at a high rate. You buy silver or any other precious metal with long term investment ideas. At the time i purchased silver it was around 24 an ounce. I bought 100 oz from them. Around 28 bucks an ounce. The people who buy precious metals from you. Will only pay spot price or if it goes up they will still be under spot. So silver and coin buyers rip so many people off

Who ever this may concern, Regarding my account,On June 24th,I spoke with someone regarding liquidating my silver of coins and the agent previously stated to me regarding what funds I'll be getting back to my account,Which was $287,He then gave me a reference number which was 1767088 and I decided to check my email today on the 26th and it stated that there will be a deduction of $77 which I had no knowledge of, Regardless of fees that applies,He should have stated the right amount to me which would have been deposited, Instead he didn't state the truth,if I would have known,I would have never done it.

I bought some gold in January of 2021, and it took sixteen days to arrive. I was going to make another purchase, but realized they would only mail it to my billing address, not my shipping address, despite having a place for entering two addresses on my account. I was going to pay via ACH if that makes a difference.

I decided to buy some gold, silver & copper & read how great they are. I bought about $1100 worth of gold, silver & copper. Since then gold has gone up almost $500, and silver about $10-$12. I then bought copper after reading what they said about it being a smart investment & spent about $115. Recently I went to see just how much I could get for it seeing as how the price has skyrocketed, and if I were to sell it all I'd be at a loss for over $300! The copper was a scam. I bought 60 bars for $115 thinking they were cheap at $1.85 a piece. Well, no matter how much it goes up they'll give me $.80 for them a piece for a total of $48. The SECOND I purchased it it lost it's value by a $1.05. so I paid $32 a pound! Great investment if losing money is your goal. Instantly worthless as soon as you pay for it. The only with a buyback that is close, or at one point just a little above the sell price, is the junk silver. Not the shiny gold bars, or silver bars, nope. The junk silver. I have a 100 gram silver bar that is worth $30 LESS than I paid. The gold, and the goldbacks are at a loss. I didn't really buy any of it in hopes of making money, and bought it for when the SHTF, but it has & I need some money. Unfortunately, I fell for their scam & ended up completely screwed. I can't even imagine how much it would need to go up before I actually got anything close to what I paid for it. The copper NEVER goes up. Well, it does, but they won't give you any more for it than $.80 a bar. They must make a killing scamming millions of people into stupidly buying metals thinking it's a good idea. I've made more money scraping metals than I have buying it & hoping it appreciates. I guess it's like every other investment out there. If you are a part of the "club" you can get it for dirt-cheap & make a ton of money, as long as you're in-the-know. A regular joe will lose money. If I bought ANYTHING else its price rose almost $500 that would be a good thing, and I'd have made some pretty good money off it. Not "precious" metals. I've written them & have received no response. Where I come from that's called a scam. They say they are one of the cheapest, but they are selling it to you for possible future prices like Coinbase does when you buy crypto. That way even if it goes up you still don't make anything off it. I bought gold for $156 a bar, and even though the price has risen by almost $500, I will only get $122. That's a scam. I can't even imagine what it would have to reach before I finally make something. Watch out, and stay away. If you buy from them now you'll probably be paying a future price of $3,500 an oz. It's the only explanation as to how I'm still at a loss. No returns, no cancellations, no response to emails. Now I know why.

I don't get all the negative reviews, I ordered Wednesday night around 9pm, and had the product in hand Saturday morning around 11 am. Within 1 hour of placing the order, I recieved conformation. The next day, I had tracking information. I cannot wait to order from Money Metals Exchange again!

I have had a few previous orders from Money Metals for silver bullion. If you need to talk to a rep, they are all knowledgeable but also placing an order online is very streamlined. Depending on how you make payment and once it clears, your order usually ships that day. I am located on the same coast as MME and receive my order in 2 business days. I did have a situation with my most recent order of silver American Eagles. I contacted Customer Service (Michelle in shipping). After some e-mail communication, the issue was resolved and my order was made great! Assuming they have the product I am looking for, I will look to Money Metals Exchange first.
