Money MetalsReviews of moneymetals.com

They don’t show you your total till tricked into review that is actually final and no returns . Then you see you paid into a bunch of extras like Insurance that is non refundable. By then good luck selling at a profit in the next 15yrs. Scam site I made a small order and will NEVER do business with them again but like most companies in 2024 you loose they win and nothing you can do. Except tell everyone on your social media and never buy from them again.

I’d love to give the Royal Canadian Mint 1/4 oz gold Bison coin five stars as I previously purchased it from MM when it was more reasonably priced. However, charging 167 dollars in premium for a quarter ounce gold coin is, in my estimation, greedy and disingenuous to the clients of Money Metals. Shame on you, Money Metals.

Do not buy from this company..it is currently law in Kentucky to not charge sales tax on bullion. Unfortunately, the Kentucky governor is unconstitutionally attempting to usurp the power of the Constitution, and the will of the people by demanding his weaponized department of revenue to illegally continue to collect tax. Money metals, instead of siding with constitutional law and it's customers, has bent the knee to this tyrannical power grab and will continue to work hand and hand with the out of control governor to collect this illegal tax. Do not do business with these people if you cherish your freedom.

I ordered 90% silver dollars coins total $1500.00 July 11,2024 The shipment never came. It’s now July 28,2024 I had to stop my bank transfer & they ran my credit card. The reason they have the credit card because he said I have to charge a fee bank wire transfer there is no fee. Unbelievable run around. No tracking number or anything.

Ordered 3 10oz silver bars. When they showed up they were in terrible shape and looked like mold was growing on them. And of course they say all sales are final. Sent email with pics and of course never heard from them Never again

I purchased this piece for each of our grown kids for their birthdays this year (2024). I can hardly wait to give it to them. My husband & I are very pleased with the rounds and are planning to purchase more. I like the way it looks like a huge nickel. It's beautiful! Our kids are collectors of coins/ currency and I can hardly wait to see their faces when they open this gift. I also want to add that upon purchase, the pieces arrived in a timely manner and were packaged with care. Thank you, Money Metals for a positive experience, this was my first purchase with y'all.

It's a company I can't trust because of how they conduct business and then because of how they conduct customer service. I ordered an item and expected it to be delivered. The service they use could not make it happen despite my best efforts to help. When I contacted them expressing my displeasure that the item is not being delivered, they just threw procedure at me that is all extremely inconvenient. Nothing to cater to getting Me my 1 item as soon as possible. I won't use them ever again. Apmex and jm bullion are much better.

Over the previous few years, my wife and I have bought products from MMX. They have delivered exceptional service. They often have the lowest prices I have recently seen. I STRONGLY advise you to give them a chance. Working with MME will be enjoyable, I'm sure of it.
