Watch band took about three weeks to arrive--wasn't informed of that when I ordered. When I emailed (after about 8 days of waiting) to inquire about its whereabouts, someone responded a day or so later and said he/she would follow up and let me know what was going on, but I never heard anything again, and I also never received an email when it--eventually--shipped. No tracking info. either. Room for improvement in the customer service dept.

I signed up to be notified automatically when my out-of-stock watchband was back in. It was bad enough that nearly everything seemed to be out of stock. After months of waiting, I checked again myself. The band was in-stock, but Mondaine's alleged function to alert me that it was back in stock did not function.

I love the style and feel of Mondaine.

My Mondaine "Museum of Modern Art" Railroad Watch stoped working. It just -- started "twitching". Fortunately the watch was still under warranty, and Mondaine repaired it, but getting it repaired was a hassle. MoMA was no help at all. I love this watch, but I did need to get the band replaced later, because the leather came apart. Yet I still love this watch. It's a classic.

When placed my order, I got immediate email confirmation. It was very friendly and assured me that I woild be notified when my watch band was to be shipped. Then I never heard from anyone again. I waited, I emailed and I phoned. I got no response. After about a month I notified my credit card company. They attempted to reach the vendor unsuccesfully. Subsequently, they refunded my money. And then, magically, my watch band arrived. Still no notification but I did eventually get it. I paid for it. It's just what I wanted, but the process was not good.
