I can not recommend this watch - unless you want to spend $600 on a paperweight. I purchased a Mondaine watch with a Milanese band and was very excited to wear it. After one month of wearing it, the band broke at the clasp. (Chalk that up to poor design.) After a full MONTH of no support or offer of replacement, I have to assume that's because Mondaine gets so many returns that it's unaffordable for them to make things right (or they’re just cheap - but neither is good. Stand by your product, Mondaine!) Anyway, I have to believe this is an inferior watch. (I also haven’t mentioned that the “Evo” aka constant motion watch stops after one day of not wearing it.) If that's the case, potential watch buyers should steer away from Mondaine. I’d love for them to prove me wrong; but I am not expecting anything after a month of hearing, “I’ll let you know what ‘my team’ says.” It’s a watch band. If it breaks, replace it.

I have a stop2go, had it for six months. It's been back to be repaired once for a sticking second hand. I am not convinced it's been repaired properly, it still occasionally sticks. Today the red Mondaine badge on the back fell off when I took the watch off. It keeps terrible time as well, always having to adjust. Terrible quality for a swiss made match, a total waste of money. Get a decent Casio for a quatre of the price, far better watch.

Classic brand - cheap clasp - Watch lost! Disappointed. My girlfriends 50th birthday gift was a Mondain because I was always raving about the cool way it stops on the minute to pause. I wanted the metal band and she oblidged. I flew to portugal on Thursday last and noticed that the bar on the clasp was simply held in place by springs. The watch fell off as I was putting my bag in the overhead compartment - and today - Monday - I went swimming in the atlantic and the clasp gave way again under pressure from a wave. Watch gone forever - what a disappointment - classic watch - cheapened by a cheap clasp - I'd like to meet the procurement manager or designer who made that choice and tell him he has reduced a classic brand to a disappointmment. Way to go guys !

My Mondaine giant watch stopped working just after a year or so. It's a beautifully designed timepiece, but the quality is far below my expectations. I own several other watches including Seiko, Citizen and Casio and have never had any issues with then. Certainly not the Swiss accuracy and quality Swiss brands are renowned for.

We bought 2 watches three years ago because of their design. BUT both have eaten batteries, stopped suddenly - needing internal repair that cost a lot. Both straps - at £25 a time - last nearly a year if we don’t wear them every day. All in all, we are disappointed with overall quality. What a shame.

Never responded to multiple emails about order. Calling their office had no effect. Was promised call back which never happened. Took over two weeks to ship. Very unprofessional. If I did not know better would think this were run as a hobby not as a business. Will NEVER purchase from this company again

I had to call customer service in order to have my request delivered. It arrived one day later, and 2 day delivered was charged anyway. On the other hand customer service worked properly to have it solved as good as possible.

Watch did not work when new. Watch date change function (pulling out the crown one notch) is intermittent. I myself prefer a second hand that moves continually, not in steps. The step function requires more time to note if it is working, and adds mechanical complexity, cost, volume, and weight.
