When I initially tried to order a replacement watchband, it was on backorder and I requested the option of being notified when the product was again available - I was never notified. However, I randomly checked again and it was available. Oder was great, faster than expected, and good product. Only issue is that I should have been notified that this was off backorder.

No communication. I ordered this in OCTOBER. I sent MULTIPLE e-mails and NEVER got a reply. Where is my item?

Slow shipping. Unresponsive to a number of emails. I had to track down and communicate with executive leadership to get them to ship the order (even then he didn't respond to my queries.). However, it is an excellent watch and I would recommend it to others.

I paid for and ordered a replacement watch strap last year. It never arrived and I had to re-order. I repeatedly asked for someone to contact me about this issue and never heard a single word from Mondaine.
