Great - no problems.

Worst service ever until I came to Switzerland and had a real taste of Swiss service. I had it good in comparison. I eventually got my order so It is technically not as bad as others. Better communication and quality control measures are badly needed.

You don't have to spend thousands to get a really great watch, the mens mondaine, is simple but functional at the same time, rugged and keeps perfect time, and BTW have had one for 4 years with same battery !!!

A very nice looking watch, with quality components, but also very fragile. I broke mine by bumping against a counter corner and the glass, face, and hands were destroyed.

Bought a Mondaine in Nov 2016. It began having problems with the second hand about 9 months later. I live in the central part of the USA and all of the service locations I contacted said they no longer work on Mondaine. Left e.mails on Mondaine site looking for help and absolutely no responses. Now warranty has expired and watch sits on the shelf. Feel sad.
