I've had my Stop2go wall clock for about 6 months, and I'm disappointed with it. It keeps abysmal time for a clock costing well over £200, gaining 10 to 15 seconds every day. The time can only be corrected via an app on your phone. The app can set the time automatically, but this only seems to work when you first start the app. Leaving the app running on my phone does not keep the time on the clock correct. I have to stop the app and restart it to adjust the clock's time. A clock this expensive should make use of broadcast radio time signal as many much cheaper clocks do.

I bought a Giant mens back in Sept 2016. Within months I had to return it to the repair centre which was only the beginning. Every few months or so I would have to return the watch for some sort of repair; stopped working, face mis-aligned, hour hand out of sync, min hand out of sync, adjustment wheel not rotating properly.. need I go on? For a swiss made watch thats not the cheapest of watches (its not very expensive neither), the build quality is absolutely awful. Do they actually make them all like this or is mine just an anomaly? I absolutely adore the watch its just such a crying shame they've made it so poorly.

The quality of the Milanese strap isn’t good, there is a defect in the product as well, I’ve written to mondaine’s distributor but still hasn’t got a reply.

The watch was shipped about a week after I made the purchase, which is unusually long. If that's your standard order processing time, it should be specified on the checkout page and I don't think it was.

The purchase process of the watch was excellent. But once the purchase was complete, that is where it seems to break down. The order confirmation took almost 12 hours to be emailed. I had no idea if the order actually was placed until that. The communications regarding shipping was non-existent. I didn't receive a single email about this and only could see this by logging onto my account on the website. That is unacceptable for the amount of money I am paying. Maybe next time, I'll just find an authorized dealer and go there.

I purchased a Mondaine watch while on vacation in Sarasota FL in February. I live in VA. There is a problem with the calendar function so I have to send it to RI for servicing. Unfortunately there are not many dealers that carry the watch so since I don't live anywhere near one, and I want to utilize the warranty I am stuck with the shipping.

The minute hand on the watch seems to have a small flake of paint missing.

The good: - Easy shopping experience - Quick to complete transaction and ship item. The "not so good": - Did not received a purchase or a shipping confirmation with tracking number - Shipping via UPS, with their inherent execrable delivery service - Without a tracking number, it took a full week to trace the package and get it delivered to the correct address.
